The property was delightful and very charming. The stairs a little challenging for 60 + legs. But everything needed was there.

It is a very traditional house in cortona and as such it doesn't has integrated air conditioning. However each room has its own air-conditioning machine which cool down the temperature but in Sommer f the temp. Is too high they struggle to work properly. I think if you travel in spring this place would be a perfect stay.

Location is very convenient, near downtown, public parking is very close and if happen to be that you arrive between 15:00-16:00 ZTL is open and you can get with the car to the property. Angelo is very helpful and he made a special exception letting us to checking earlier than expected.

Liked everything!

Comfortable and nice decor. Kitchenette made it easy to have a cup of coffee and breakfast. Very well appointed and Frederika was a joy during check in. Excellent!

It’s on a historic part of the city. Located at the center of the town. Very spacious, nice bathroom. Very comfortable.

Stayed here while going to school at the Univeristy of Alberta. Lovely couple. Place is amazing. The hosts were so helpful and gave lots of helpful local tips. Really a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Bedrooms were amazing. Beds were so comfy and its only a 2 min walk to downtown and 2 mins to the university. They even had a cute cot for my youngest complete with adorable bedding of Winnie the Pooh. The shower was fantastic and the heates towel rack was a game changer. My 2 boys and grandmother loved this place so much. There is also a soccer pitch within 5 mins and several amazing restaurants 2 blocks away.

Located in the heart of the city center. Surrounded by sights, shops, cafes, and restaurants. The studio was even better than I had hoped. Clean, comfortable, and considerately furnished. An excellent and extremely helpful host who was able to accommodate my late check out so I could spend a few minutes more in this charming town.

Absolutely charming, amazing little room with a beautiful view, quiet, well-equipped and cosy. The only thing missing would be a fireplace! It's maybe 5 minutes on foot to the piazza in the centre. The bed was super comfy, and all the amenities are there, even a small Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Very warm as well in the winter, the heating was great! Tall people might have a bit of a problem in the attic room, but - duck! :) The host was there to give us the keys and communicated well through WhatsApp and even granted us a late check-out because of our train. Strongly recommended!

Nothing. I love it all. Maybe on thing to add is more kitchen towel? The floor is a bit cold in the kitchen.

The host, Angelo met us at the property and guided us through the apartment and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property. It was in a great location and very easy to visit Cortona.

It is 3 flights up to the room, but the steps are very nice and a comfortable walk up.

The hostess met us with the keys and was exceptionally kind. She was very thorough with explaining the facilities.
