Cooling is a problem (the little AC units are not ideal), we had a leak from the bathroom that made Ayer go in the corridor, overall could be cleaner and more equipped for the heat

The musty smell was strong and the bathroom was uncomfortably small (I'm 1.83 m tall). The shower curtain didn't work, which is why water was pooling on the bathroom floor, as there was no drain in the bathroom.

Here’s your review in English: --- The apartment is in a great location – right in the heart of Ostuni’s old town. However, it's important to keep in mind that this is a very old city, so the streets are extremely narrow and it’s not possible to drive directly to the apartment. You’ll need to park a bit further away. The apartment itself is clean and tidy. The bed on the ground floor should be replaced, as it’s old, squeaky, and uncomfortable. The apartment has no windows, and the upper floor is only suitable for sleeping, as you have to walk bent over due to the low ceiling. Francesco, the staff member, was very friendly. Overall, it’s an excellent price. If they replace the bed, I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and affordable stay.

The location I thought I was staying at was an office to collect keys, then another trip to the stay itself. Wouldn't have been so bad however it was pouring rain, there are no taxi services in town, the streets are cobblestone and the buses are incredibly unreliable. Was told by staff it's only a 10 minute walk and to take my time, so I tackled it in the rain. No one can be blamed for the weather, but it made the check in process dampen the whole experience. Given the keys were in a lock box, it din't make sense to go past an office first.

Extended my stay as it had all the facilities I required. The stay I was given was very cute, no windows except the front doors. Personally I enjoyed the stay and the price was very reasonable.

The towels & some of the sofa bed bedding / covers need replacing. The space for cooking is very small - but this was not a problem for us as we did not plan to cook full meals.

This is a lovely little place, in my opinion. Quirky, cute, comfy & has everything you need for a short stay. It's just a short walk to the main square.

Nice little apartment, mix of old and new loved the star vaulted ceilings and exposed brick. Clean and comfortable and walkable into the old town.

The pictures on booking correspond to the best houses owned by the agency. In reality, you'll be assigned to a house/apartment after the booking. They will send a link with the pictures of the actual place, but I don't think the majority of people would actually pay attention to it, resulting in a feeling of deception when reaching the destination. Additionally, the fact that you need to (in our opinion uselessly) pass by their main agency to get the code of the key box and pay before reaching your destination adds to the uneasiness of the experience. Regarding the actual house we got, the humidity was very high, and the heating turned to oven levels, making it unbearable without having to disable it.

The location was great and close to the center of Ostuni. The price was also very competitive.

Bathroom was very small and shower leaked onto floor. A bit noisy as was on street. Very little ventilation or light. Could have used additional lights to brighten up room. Shower wouldn't be good for tall person.

Because of very small windows and no ventilation in the bathroom, the room smelled not good and wet. Even with AC, the smell didnt go away and I would stay maximum one night.

The kettle broke down on second day and we asked, numerous times, for a replacement, which we never received. There was no WiFi connection, which was surprising, and was needed, I thought that most places have WiFi, but in fairness, I should have checked this out before booking.

The bed was horrible, it had springs like those pull out couches from the 90s. The instructions to check were sent over the phone, but you still needed to go check in at a different location. The overcomplication of this was not pleasant. On top the parking is by the check in, our place was about a 15 minute walk. It was not fun to drag all our stuff through the city. Small things such as no shampoo were also annoying.

The balcony was amazing!!! It overlooked the whole city. The city is very small and the location was fantastic.

The shower is tiny! Not a space for tall people (I'm 5ft7 and slim and it was only just big enough)! Mould in bathroom needs to be treated, not a good smell. Flagstone floor was filthy, ended up wearing shoes all the time.

Could not pay through Booking.com. Payment directions sent via email were not received in English. When directed to pay through an Italian payment website I was glad I screen shot the successful transaction. Ten seconds later it disappeared without much of a clue how to retrieve it. Host accepted the photo. On arrival Internet TV and WiFi were not working. Host seemed disinterested and said try again. I asked host where the router was located so that I could try a reboot. This was not answered. We left the following day without any resolution. Not Happy.

The smell. Darkness. Lack of tea or coffee or any condiments to use in the kitchenette. Dip in centre of 2 single beds joined,making for not the best nights sleep. We booked on the location coordinates given on booking.com These turned out to be inaccurate, so please understand this prior to booking. I'm not sure they have a property where the map suggests, so be mindful of this if you're booking at the last minute. Note: You get what you pay for, and it is value for money. Note that they have multiple properties around town, so you don't actually know what you're going to be allocated.

It was clean and tidy. Typical side street away from centre. Hot water for shower all working well. Quirky design and simplicity of unit. Simple and straightforward checkin at the office just outside of old town. All staff were efficient and polite. WhatsApp messages and simple directions from office where you collect keys and are allocated house or unit at 3pm and no earlier.
