Great location, right next to the beautiful lake. It's away from the main town,so very quiet, but just a short stroll to where the restaurants and bars are. It was worth having a room overlooking the lake. The room itself was bright and airy and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The main swimming pool is a decent size with plenty of sun loungers.We had a wonderful stay and it's amazing value for money.

The towels for the beach are €3 each to rent. The room is very simple, more like a hostel room than a hotel room.

The hotel is right on the lake. The room was comfy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Nice pool in the back with sun beds. Free hotel parking lot. Beautiful lake view from the balcony.

Nothing, our bathroom was quite small , with 2 slim people, with only 1 of us being able to in there and not enough room to pass.

Great spot to stay along the Via Francigena. The hotel has a great location off the lake, a little far from the trail head but it was very comfortable and a great place to stay.

We were travelling without a car and the walk to town is 20-30 minutes., No taxi for short trips.

Modern and clean, good-sized room, great bathroom, AC worked very well after some tweaking. Pools are lovely and view of lake and beach and surrounding area are spectacular. Helpful staff. Plenty of restaurants with beautiful views within walking distance.

We liked everything - but next time I would ask for a room with a larger balcony. The hotel is dog friendly - one of the guests had 2 yappy dogs!! Not great when you are trying to relax!

Very helpful hosts & before and during the stay. All the staff were very attentive. Good breakfast, & evening meal. Great location, lake side room! Pool was great lots of sun beds all with umbrella’s which was needed due to the heat!! Bolsena is wonderful a real gem!! The town itself is gorgeous as is the lake. Reasonably priced food and drinks!

No coffee in the room, nothing available until breakfast room opened at 0730. Not good when you get up at 6am. Breakfast was mediocre, for example there was no real fruit juice (only sugary flavoured drinks). Very small refrigerator so couldn’t keep any personal items cool.

Family owned and operated Hotel with excellent customer interaction. Reception spoke good English. We stayed in room 102 for two nights. The hotel was modern, clean and bright, as was our room. There was lots of secure parking available. Breakfast was extensive, good quality with an impressive presentation. Dining room was large, bright and well laid out. Unfortunately we did not experience dinner at the hotel but if breakfast was a guide we missed out on a good dinner. The views over the Lake are great and there's a nice walk available along the foreshore into the well established town.

If we were staying longer we would want more space. Noise from the corridor probably due the position of the room and the other guests.

Great place easy to find. Reception were so welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy and safe. The room was good but a little on the tight and basic side (great shower). For Brit's think nice Premier Inn, twin beds a little narrow but comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the staff attentive in the dining room. Easy walk into the center of town.

Beautiful small hotel , love the 2 swimming pool , rooms are nice and breakfast supplied anything we needed for - boiled eggs, good bread, jams , coffee, cheese . The lake is near the hotel, and you can walk 30 seconds to get there. Worth the price
