Every corner of the property is so beautiful. Room is very comfortable with robes, toiletries, and little touches in the room like fresh flowers from the garden made it extra special. Exceptional fresh breakfast in a beautiful setting.

Amazing breakfast served in unique plates! It has a very well maintained garden and it is surrounded by scenic views. The host made sure our stay was enjoyable and helped us a lot with local recommendations that proved very useful (where to park when visiting certain cities, great restaurants around etc). We were there in April and the host made sure we had fresh flowers both in the room and breakfast room every day, which was a nice touch. All the flowers were from the garden.

The only minor downside, which I really tried to search for, was the wait for hot water. But everything was so so good that it didn't matter at all.

Our experience at Le Molina B&B, hosted by Barbara, was truly exceptional. Barbara's homemade breakfasts were a highlight, prepared with care and personalized attention. The accommodation was filled with thoughtful details, from q-tips and cotton pads in the bathroom to the joy of interacting with her seven friendly cats—a delightful bonus for cat lovers. Barbara provided a perfect balance of privacy and engaging conversation about our daily plans, even going the extra mile to assist us with flight issues.

The best B&B I have ever visited. By far. The host Barbara Is a super nice lady, very helpful And friendly. The hotel Is beautiful, extremely Clean and IT all Looks Like IT was aranged for Shooting a movie :) this goes for the room, all Premises AS Well AS do for the Garden. Thé breakfast was on completely another level :) IT beats all 5* Hotels by far :) Also this Is probably thé First place I visited, that looks exactly like on the pictures . Gorgeous :) All in all, this Is far more than 10/10... :)))) Grazie mille, WE will come Back . Pavel

A wonderful country place. The room is clean, cozy, each item is carefully selected by the landlady. The wonderful breakfast, made by the owner of the house, is served in the well-kept yard just wonderful I highly recommend staying here and experiencing the calm and peace

Fantastic place ! Everything was perfect! Place amazing with breathtaking view, room was well decorated with nice details. Bades and pillow was very comfortable. But the owner was absolutely nice person. Barbara helped us with everything and she cooked so tasty breakfast and lunches with local products.

In the countryside but close to Lucca and Montecatini. Barbara, our host was very welcoming, provided fantastic insider tips for the region and provided an exceptional breakfast. The garden and patio were very inviting.

That we didn't stay longer.

Everything was so perfect that we wouldn't want to go home. Barbara is an amazing host, very attentive to guests' needs, great sense of aestetique, and attention to detail. This is why the whole place feels like being in a fairy tale (Alice in Wonderland). She cooked an amazing breakfast for us which was different from one day to another (everything was so delicious and fresh like fruits and duck eggs). She also recommended places to see, dine and make local shopping. The room was cleaned daily and had a bottle of fresh water and also coffee at your disposal (in the winter kitchen). The garden is very nice to sit and relax in the shades of the olive trees. We cannot wait to come back, definitely, a place to stay more than 4 nights :).

This Provence inspired B&B in the green hills of Tuscany is simply amazing. The host, Barbara, is a wonderful and kind woman who has thought of everything and makes your breakfast dreams come true in the morning. She is also full of the greatest cultural and dining tips (in the area, but also other cities). I absolutely recommend a stay at this wonderful b&b.

Our Host Barbara was the best. She's there for you to make you stay fantastic. The breakfast is the best we've ever had in Italy. This spot is perfect as a base to see the Tuscan highlights.

Barbara is a very friendly and attentive host who obviously enjoys having guests at her B&B. She prepares a fresh, very large and delicious breakfast every morning, which you can enjoy sitting outside in the pleasant garden, and provides many good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Le Molina B&B is located in a nice, quiet area, close to Montecatini Terma, and within driving distance to Florence and Lucca as well as a number of smaller, picturesque towns. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well equipped.

Property is so beautiful! It has a soul and in every corner you can feel the love that has been put into the furnishing and maintenance! I read in comments that it is like a fairy tale and that is what I felt as soon as I stepped on it. Also, Barbara, the host, is very nice and kind, she is very helpful regarding advice what to see, where to have dinner etc. The best host we have ever had! And breakfast is special! Barbara is preparing every morning new menu and preparing the food with love and table decoration is adorable!
