The cleaning of the rooms could have had more attention to detail and they should be equipped with glasses, a wine opener, cutlery and a basic coffee maker or teapot.

A few things should be improved. The room is outdated (does not match the pictures on the Booking app) and has a very loud AC, which made it hard to sleep at times. The breakfast buffet could be better - the coffee is terrible and the juices are artificial. While the dinner buffet has great quality, the variety was limited and could use more options.

Overall great stay at this hotel! The facilities are very good: pool, entertainment area and restaurants. Train to the beach every 15 minutes is very convenient and the sun beds and umbrella at the beach are included, which is great. The location is fantastic with a lot of incredible beaches nearby with calm transparent water.

Nothing was unenjoyable, we would visit again! It is a beautiful resort and everything is thought of and taken care with grace. minor suggestions for improvement - an indoor air conditioned family area for the hot afternoons or more shade generally at the pool. More games in the arcade. Parking was ... difficult... no thought from other cars blocking you in! but not really the hotel's fault and it was free/included which was great. More varied vegan options - especially puddings.

we LOVED our stay. Grounds are beautiful. Rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Restaurant was very helpful in providing delicious vegan options for us daily - Roberto, David, Maria & Andrea as well as the head chef were fab! Train to the beach is great. Pool is bliss. Towels included for beach & pool. The beach has chairs and umbrellas, food brought to you... clear water and golden sand .... amazing All staff were really friendly, special thanks to Elena for encouraging our children to try the kids club and always saying hello around the complex. Entertainment was fun, Gabrielle is a talent not to be missed on the guitar most evenings. Bar staff will make any cocktail!

If you’re a meat eater then you’ll have a great stay. Lacked vegeterian options and fish options that didn’t include crustaceans. Room’s probably need insulation to drown out outdoor noise

We had a very pleasant stay at Chia Laguna. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and the little train to the beach was a great bonus. The beach was the most beautiful one we visited during our entire trip to Sardinia.

The staff attentiveness from Antonio and his colleagues who helped us with the luggage, Cátia, David and all the waiters in all of the restaurants were great and super helpful, to Giuseppe and the activity crew including the kid’sclub girls, all of them were amazing and made the whole experience even better. The hotel is a beauty and the beach wonderful. Hope we can go back.

Our Superior Family Room was adequate but decor needed attention and the air conditioning didn’t work very well. The upstairs where our little boy slept was hot!

The food was excellent. The pool perfect for our 4 yr old. The beach great although the shuttle service a little unpredictable. Entertainment in the evenings was superb with a great live band.

The resort was clean and housekeeping was amazing and left a happy anniversary note for us in our room. The food was good. However some staff are better than others Fabio went above and beyond when a different manager wasn’t willing to listen to my complaint that the meat (pork being served was all fat) Fabio listened and got the chef out to see what the staff were doing and then we had pork that was unfatty served to us. The staff were kind and helpful. The beach bar was amazing xx

- the food and drinks within the resort are expensive, also on the beach (if u order some pizza aso) - the introduction during check in was chaotic, we have been told, at which restaurant we have to take breakfast and dinner, but on the 4th day, the guys from the restaurant told us, that we shall change to another one aso - there are some staff members, who are not recognizing, who the customer is (but for sure the majoritiy is very friendly) - we have had several topics with the town change of the room, sometimes to less towels, after that asking for completing them, but getting them only on the next day afternoon..... - the football court was very often occupied and if not, we have been banned, because there have been 2 training sessions with some football youth teachers (yes, it is good to do something like this, but we also wanted to play a bit)

- the location of the hotel is very nice, on a hill and only a few minutes to several beaches (u can walk, but for sure there is also a shuttle train from the hotel) - the rooms are well sized and we have had a small terrace and garden as well - there is a big frig in the room - the swimming pool is well sized - there are several tennis courts available - the beaches and the water at the seaside are totally beautiful (like in Kuba) - towels, umbrella and beach chairs from 3rd row onwards are included in the price and u don't need row 1 or 2 - food is good in the restaurants within the resort - parking is for free - most of the staff is very friendly and helpful

The house keeping usually came late between 3pm and yesterday they came at 5.30pm and we were have a little siesta so it wasn’t convenient for us . Also drinks from the restaurant and bar are too expensive. I understand that it’s a resort but they can be more budget friendly and I’m sure people will buy more.

The resort is super nice and clean. Everything is well organized as well. All staff are well dressed and are really polite with everyone.

There was a corporate event with extremely loud music that lasted until midnight. The hotel buildings are arranged around the swimming pool, and the event took place near the pool. In our room, it felt like we were right in the middle of a disco. What bothers me most is that someone in hotel management decided that the party was more important than the well-being of other guests, including both adults and children.

Almost everything was perfect. The staff were very professional and helpful, the grounds were lush and well-maintained, the beach was beautiful, and the dinners were delicious.

Despite the forecast- dinner at 7 p.m., more than 100 people waited half an hour for the start at 7.30pm. No apology, no explanation. There are no tissues in the room

The quality of buffet dishes, especially desserts, was a little disappointing. Wasps flying all over the tables while guests were having breakfast or dinner was also a constant concern.

I wouldn't say that this is disadvantage but rather detail you should be aware of. To get to the beach you need to wait for hotel transfer that takes place more or less every 15 mins or walk for 10-15 mins to the beach by yourself.

Beautiful territory with a lot of trees and flowers. Comfortable and quite rooms. Very good dinner. Selection for the breakfast was the same for every day but more then enough to start the day. Fantastic beach and restaurant nearby to have lunch.

Room was small and floor was a bit sandy. Hit or miss food. Pizza restaurant not included in room and board fee, which could have been clarified before we ate there.
