There is no lift to 2nd floor. For us it was no problem but just be aware if you struggle with stairs.

Extremely clean and great location for walking around the town. We were met promptly at the property and easily found free street parking. All in all it was perfect for our Puglia trip.

The pillows were weird. Overall nothing specifically was wrong. There was a strong food smell when we arrived that never really dissipated, but they can't be blamed for that I guess.

The bed was comfy. It's well located. It looks nice. It was a good stay.

It was a little difficult to find the property as the streets thereabouts were not well signed. As with many B&B type properties, it was not amazingly easy to make contact for check in. It is often assumed that everyone nowadays has a smartphone which is always contactable. If you are travelling by public transport over a period of days, it is not always possible to check for messages from the property, for example

The room was delightful, situated on the corner of the property with two windows on adjacent faces of the building. It was spacious and well appointed. Le Marinelle was in a very good location, being very close to the port in the historic part of Trani. The person checking us in was very helpful and friendly.

There’s not much to say about what I didn’t like other than the room doesn’t get very dark, but when I spoke to the owners, they are going to change the curtains to black out curtains immediately. They were so accommodating and caring.

Very good location near the harbor with all the restaurants and a comfortable room. After reading in other reviews that there were two different buildings, we booked the slightly more expensive double room option which landed us in what appeared from the outside to be a nicer building.

We confirmed a suite at a higher rate than a standard room and expected a room with a modern bathroom and walk-in shower. Instead our bathroom was old, in need of renovation with broken and yellow-colored sanitary and a small shower full of rust. The staff of the hotel was not accomodating nor friendly when we complained about the poor conditions of the bathroom.

Very little, we stayed many times in Trani and this was the most unpleasant stay ever.

I didn’t mind it much because I am an easy sleeper, but being on the ground floor and the door opening directly onto the street, it was a bit noisy—you could hear people outside, and especially people going in and out of the nearby apartments. If this is an issue for you, you may want to check when you book that you aren’t assigned to the loft.

This was a separate single room on the ground floor with access using a code. It was very convenient (no need for keys and well-located). The room was very spacious and even had a small “kitchenette” and a small dining table. It was also well maintained and comfortable. (I think they have a separate property with several rooms in an apartment building, but I got—I didn’t ask for it, and didn’t even know such a thing existed—this room off on its own.)
