WiFi sometimes is a bit slow.

The breakfast has been very good with fresh fruits, bread, toast eggs, croissants, and mutch more. Check In was fast and easy. The rooms are nice, modern and absolutely clean.

Bed quite firm - still comfortable.

The breakfast was simply amazing!! Apple & pear strudel, lots of fruit incl blueberries, fresh breads including croissants, various cereals, prosciutto, yoghurts, eggs, juices. Perfect. Location was great - super quiet. Hosts were excellent. Facilities very clean and fresh.

If you need to travel every day to Firenze you have to consider that the time its about an hour during the rush hour.

Value for money ,excellent hospitality ,new resort,very clean, nice breakfast but I would prefer closer to Firenze.

Great and super new accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Gianna and Tiziana are very helpful, friendly, and very kind. Easy communication with the owner. It’s possible to find supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Free parking lot. The breakfast is fantastic.

It was about 30 - 40 minutes into Florence and not the nicest of villages but there was good pizza nearby and a good supermarket close by too. It was worth it for the stay at this beautiful, modern & budget friendly bed and breakfast.

We could not fault this accomodation! It was fresh and new with great ventilation and lovely decor. Very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very generous and healthy. A great shower too.

I can't remember anything that didn't make us happy.

We arrived early and they were happy to help us. We just needed a place to leave our stuff and they were very responsive. We were given the keys as we would be back at night. They explained how it works and gave us their contacts. When we returned, our bags were already in the room, the room clean and ready for us. There is water available outside the room. In the morning when we woke up the coffee was ready and the food was delicious. It was Easter and there were traditional sweets for us. It's good to know we were able to arrive there 'cause we were driving, don't know how to get there in different ways, but they'll probably help.

The bed and breakfast is situated at the country side over looking green pastures. With private parking, this gated area provided a sense of tranquility away from the busy towns. Breakfast spread is really amazing and the common area and rooms are really top notch clean.

1) Hotel is brand new. You can still realize smell of new furnitures and cleanness. 2) As we met with the owners, it is a business of very sympathetic, candid, helpful and smiling family. 3) There was an extraordinary breakfast with quality products and homemade staffs. 4) Location is so quiet and there is full of oxygen in the air. There are trees and field around the hotel. 5) Location is at approx. 17 km out of Firenze downtown but it takes only 20-25 minutes by car. If you have car or motorbike this hotel should be considered instead of old & small room near to downtown. 6) There is delicious homemade butter cookie during check-out :)
