The communication regarding the location not being accessible by car was poor. Parking was a quarter mile away.

loved the apartment and the location. Beautifully decorated and close to everything. Not accessible by car and hard to get luggage there. Beds were comfy and apartment was clean.

the bathroom floor would flood a little as the door to the shower cabin is not closing properly

This is a great apartment. It's very spacious and finished to a very high standard. The hot tub is fun and the back of the apartment looks directly out to the roman garden. The location is fantastic though. Bam bar is at the end of the street and it's a 4 minute walk to Piazza IX Aprile. We worried about parking but we just parked in Lumbi and took the shuttle bus which operates continuously. Really slick. Can't recommend this apartment highly enough.

The apartment was full of a musty damp smell . The staff advised us it was because we had left the spa water in - but when we first entered the apartment it was like that . The lighting system was confusing.

The communication with Costantino was excellent. he was very helpful , answering all my queries during my stay and was above and beyond accommodating. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. location amazing. beds really comfortable. bathrooms great and fresh service daily - bonus.

There was confusion on how to pick up and drop off the car with valet. A map with instructions on where to meet valet and where exactly to walk to apartment would be helpful.

Wonderful beds, clean, very spacious, manager was extremely responsive and considerate. Location is excellent; in the center of restaurants and activity but very quiet.

The jacuzzi is elaborate but is not a full depth spa bath. However it has a handheld shower so you still have two good usable bathrooms

It is very well located right in front of the Roman garden and very close to restaurants and shops. It’s an easy walk to the bus station and the furnicular to reach Isola Bella and the other beaches. The bedrooms and living room are nicely presented and comfortable. Constantino was very helpful.

The front door lock was difficult for us to figure out and the hot tub would only stay on for 1 minute (before it shut off and you had to turn it on again). The parking situation is a bit complicated... it can be difficult to get your baggage to and from the parking garage. We were able to look past these minor concerns and would certainly stay there again!

Would have been good to have a microwave and washing machine. Unfortunately we got caught up in the times where there was no water supply to Taormina but this was no fault of the host.
