It was amazing! Gorgeous place with everything you need right at your hand. Franca was lovely and helped us with everything we needed. Also the accomodation was the cleanest that I have ever seen in Italy.

The landlord was very friendly. Even though we checked in at 9:30 p.m., she patiently waited for us and showed us how to use the facilities in the house. The room facilities were good, the air conditioning was cold enough, and the shower had strong water pressure.

Our host Franca was very friendly and helpful, the apartment is huge and had everything we could have needed for our stay. We felt right at home in Francas apartment. Very well situated in Genova close to trains/buses supermarkets etc and only a short distance from Aquarium by train. Perfect place to stay in Genova.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the small piazza out the window. The apartment had all the things we needed including washing machine & drying rack. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The location is great and walking distance to the harbour, old town and train station. We had a lovely stay. We were greeted upon arrival and given keys and a tour of the apartment. We had our 1 year old with us & I had mistakenly not included her when booking. Our host was lovely & promptly arranged a baby cot and brought adorable stuffed animals for her. Our host checked in throughout our visit to be sure we had everything we needed & provided some helpful suggestions of things to do & restaurants.

Spacious one bedroom apartment, approx 10 walk to the Ferrari fountain in a quiet location. Washing machine and clothes horse, dishwasher, comfortable bed, nice shower, and good communication with owner. Nearby is also a mini supermarket, great gelato, and delicious pizza places. A few steps on entry and elevator to the floor.

Franca was a lovely host! Location was great for strolling through the old city. Air conditioning was great annd the kitchen had everything we needed. About a 15 min walk to the train station. Buses were 1 min away.

Wonderful stay, family of four including a 12 yr and a 16 yr. Stayed here for two nights and loved it. The space is big two big bedrooms and the shower was fantastic, and the washing machine was a godsend. Access to your streaming services via the TV was wonderful, to sit back after a busy day sightseeing was lovely. Franca Recommended a parking space for us which was very close so that made things very easy with the car. Supermarket just around the corner for the little bits and pieces and three different coffee places open within the piazza for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Easy 15 min walk to the Porto Antico and we had so many food choices along the way. Felt very safe in the area. The closest metro stop is a 6 min walk away and we could take that to the train station easily for our day trip out to Portofino.

The place was clean , spacious and our host was wonderful . I 1.3km walk from the train station although with bags a taxi probably would have been better considering the heat of the day . When we arrived though it was like an oasis . It was perfect in all respects . Clean , convenient for supermarket , bar , restaurants and quiet once we were inside . All amenities were as you would expect in a well maintained home except that this was a restored building palazzo . Would absolutely stay here again.

As British people, we would’ve appreciated a kettle as we like our water to be boiling when we make our tea. However, this is a really really minor thing and in no way detracted from our stay.

Our host, Franca, was lovely. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to visit. Easy access to the train station by bus. The apartment was very well equipped, stylish, and clean. The apartment was airy and light.
