    The perfect Sciacca accommodations!

What's not to like?! No complaints!

This is a lovely little apartment in the best location! It was so close to everywhere we wanted to walk to yet far enough away that our night's rests were very peaceful. And waking up to the beautiful harbour view was delightful! Alfonso wasn't able to greet us but still managed to be a great host. He continued the excellent communication that he established with us prior to our trip. He is so helpful with tips and recommended great choices for our special occasion dinner. We were very happy with our choice of accommodations in Sciacca.

Maybe the location isn't the best for on foot travellers, but if you have a car, no problem.

Super clean and cozy studio apartment. Good communication with the host, who is also very nice ☺️

    Everything was perfect

Very nice room with exceptional comfortable bed, over looking the sea. Lovely back garden with beds to relax on. The owner was very helpful with things to do and see around the area. We stayed 3 nights and was worth it, lots to see and do. Would go again.

    A little bit of paradise!

Nothing at all. Unless you can persuade the council to finish the lungomare opposite!

Alfonso was simply the perfect host. Even before our stay, he sent us all the information about the house, as well as a website he's created to help tourists find their way round. He came to greet us just to say hello, since the keys were in a locker with pin, and made us feel like family guests rather than strangers. The accommodation itself was a little bit of paradise. It's a beautiful, clean, light studio flat with a large terrace at the back where you can sit and eat, and a bench on the front balcony at the front, where we spent most of our time- in the sun, overlooking the tourist harbour, watching the beautiful sunsets, chatting to the neighbours and saying "Buona sera" to anyone who looked up. The bed is super-comfortable, and the house has everything you need to cook the occasional meal if you really want to, though within a 3-minute walk, you can find food, pubs and a supermarket open all day. Highly recommend the wonderful Trattoria La Corallina, Mastro Malto Beer Shop and Il Centesimo (though Ristorante Italia, 100 metres from the flat, wasn't great). We didn't stay long enough to try the others Alfonso recommended which means we'll just have to go back! Parking is easy right outside, and even in the rest of Sciacca it was never a problem. We listened to Alfonso and, as well as spending time in Sciacca which is brilliant- not touristy, a fishing port with loads of interesting things to see just wandering around the centre, buying ceramics, and breathing it all in- we also visited Caltabellotta, Capo Bianco and Heraclea Minoa, and the majestic Selinunte. It was a brilliant mix of culture, food and drink, beautiful landscapes, and we just felt so relaxed. Let's just say, we were about to ask Alfonso if we could stay on an extra night, even if we'd paid elsewhere! Alfonso, thank you from our hearts. I would have given you 20 out of 10 if I could have.
