Not really a negative comment but just a point of view regarding the size of the shower. Personally, I didn’t have any issue because I am petite but probably with taller people.

Nicola is very responsive to all our inquiries booking to check-in. He even allowed us to check out a bit later than the normal time. The property has this kitchen where Nicola has free snack/food for all. Tha location is great because it is just behind the walls of St.Peter’s Basilica.

Nothing. Room 1 was fab.

Quiet location yet only 5mins walk from the Vatican museum entrance or local restaurants. The room was large with a decent en-suite. The air-conditioning was very welcome. The hosts made the bed daily and ensured that we always had fresh milk in the fridge. Loved the cakes and tea-making facilities next door. We didn’t mind that there was no 'proper' breakfast area. Eating in our room wasn't a hardship.. Felt very safe and secure. They even provided a pot for our toothbrushes! :) We'll definitely stay here if we return to Rome

The exterior stairs. Rome is hilly in the Vatican area. You will lug your luggage up and down many steps. This is just an fyi and not a reflection on the room. Pack light.

Nicola was super responsive. Any questions; he provided an immediate response. I could see the walls of the Vatican from my window.

Lovely room and en suite. Perfect for two people. Very clean with a cleaner coming daily. There were two bottles of fresh water, orange juice , milk and butter in a little mini fridge on arrival. All complimentary. You could get breakfast in a little kitchen next door. Very comfortable bed Easy to check in through the owners instructions and the owner was so helpful. Located close to the metro, very easy to travel to and from the apartment The restaurants and bars around are fantastic. Much cheaper than going into Central Rome. Better quality food too. We also visited the vatican, which it's right next to the apartment. We did this during the day but because of its proximity to us we also did it at night. It was incredible seeing it so quiet with all the lights on the statues & fountains compared to the hassle and bussle during the day! Highly recommend

Great place! It was extremely clean, good breakfast, and we felt very welcomed. The self-check in process was easy and smooth. Amazing location as well. I would definitely stay there again. I totally recommend it!

The only thing that i have concern is that the shower head is not that clean and the shower drainage is clogged. But it is acceptable. Maybe the cleaner did not clean it properly.

• There is one apartmant in the building that have 3 rooms (with individual bathroom for each unit), so you are feeling like you are in one apartmant with other people, just in separate rooms. • The door for entering is very loud and you have to make a full circle 4 times with the key and make a big noise, so it is not pleasent for other people (or you, when somebody is coming back). • The breakfast is not fresh, you have a packed croasants and sweet pie and tart. Also, that beakfast is in the kitchen whole day, so you acctualy can take something whenever you want.

Even if the other guests from this property were quiet, sometimes you could hear a lot of noises from other neighbors.

Great location very near to Vatican Museum. Shops and some good restaurants within walking distance. Host is nice and helpful. Decent breakfast, but mostly sweet stuff.

The bigger choice of food for breakfast would be nice but it was sufficient for us.

The hotel is located next to the Vatican and it is really calm. There is the self check-in and check out and all instructions were sent by Nicola who was really helpful and communicative via Whatsapp. Whenever I needed something, there was a help. The room was clean and cosy. There is always something to eat + toaster, kettle, tea bags, coffee. So, you can serve yourselves.
