It was so centric! Very clean, had good A/C … for me it really had a Good price and also Abi (the nice staff lady) was SO kind!

Just a small tip: it's better to keep the windows closed in the evening to avoid mosquitoes.

I really enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. Everything was clean, and there was daily housekeeping. I appreciated the welcome drinks and the sweets. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The location was also very convenient.

An excellent stay in Florence. The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. A kettle with tea bags was provided in the room, while a self-service coffee station was available at reception. Abi at the reception was incredibly kind and attentive. We arrived in Florence at 1 am and were able to self check-in without issue. Location was great, a supermarket is right infront of the apartment as well as a coffee shop. Highly recommend for a stay in Florence.

There is nothing to complain, the hotel is great. But be aware there is no breakfeast at the hotel (although there are a lot of good coffee shops around).

The hotel is great. We arrived after the check-in hour, but our hostess gave us very clear instructions by whatsapp. The bedroom was fair sized (for the price), the bed comfortable, and the location very good, within the limits of the historical center. There are better located hotels, but we found none with this quality and price. It is within a 25min walk from the train station and 10min walk from Duomo, so you can visit all main atractions on foot. The hotel had a water filter at disposal, so we could refil our bottles everyday, and a a coffee (expresso) machine for free. P.S. The Hostess gave us very good indications of restaurants and places to buy wines.

It was all lovely. I loved the area. It’s quieter less touristy yet at the same time it’s close to all of the main attractions. The room was spacious and had a huge bathroom. The cafe across the road for breakfast is great.
