You can hear absolutely everything that happens in other rooms. This is a big minus. And in the yard there are very old tables and chairs. They have been rusty for a long time.

The hotel is located in the center. Nice staff.

It was good but the heater wasn't turned on during the night which made me feel cold and also I was disturbed at night by the neighbors with their loud noises and there was no milk for breakfast cereal which made it bad

The room door key was difficult to use. I had to insert the key 🔑 less than half way and jiggle the key a bit to get it in the right position. Also, I'm sure almost any simple key could open this door. Breakfast was nothing to write home about... long life croissants and simple cakes and coffee and that was it, nothing more... very basic.

Hmm, there's nothing I really liked. It was very ordinary, nothing special at all. The only thing I liked was that it's located quite close to the Flixbus station.

It was very cold inside the house and the owner refused to increase the heat. We had to use 3 comforters at night to stay warm

The pillows absolutely need replacing. Lumpy, stained, and not comfy in the slightest- massively ruined by nights sleep and that of my son.

The location is excellent. Very quiet area. 20 mins walk to the tower and only an hour to the airport. The breakfast selection is varied but all of the same genre, eg. Pre-packaged fast food types. Understand the hosts choices based on ease and budget but would prefer a cooked option personally. Liked self check in. Personally, I dislike the whole small talk with hosts thing. The light on motion sensor in entrance is very good and made me feel safe being there as a lone parent with other guests. I didn't get luxury, but I didn't expect it. The host was polite in our interactions via messages and didn't experience rudeness like other guests. If I was in Pisa I would consider staying again.

The TVs don't work. The kitchenette is not well-maintained, the chairs are in bad condition. But since we only stay there for a night, so it doesn't really matter.

The double bed is very comfortable, single beds are OK. Self check-in was very convenient and the staff on WhatsApp is very helpful and efficient. A small surprise, there is a view of the leaning tower from the rooms.

The girl at the reception does not speak English but is not really kind. The conversation between the host and that girl seems to be also poor and I received a disturbing message, although I left the money with the reception girl (for taxes). Breakfast is not breakfast, actually, it is very, very poor.

Owner could be polite on WhatsApp. The room was self check in and the owner sent a message with all the details to check in and also wrote if you don't send picture of your city tax I will take legal action. I thought I have paid €60-70 for the room why will I not pay €4. This hurt me a lot. He could have written it in a nice way. The breakfast is better not to have.

- AC was only turned on after asking for it and turned off by the Host during the last night without warning (very hot weather). - Communication was difficult due to inadequate english skills from the host. - All communication was via text message / no personal contact. - Hygiene was disappointing (Ants in the room, hairs in the bed, no mosquito net in front of the window, smelly towels)

- Easy self check-in. - Private room with own bathroom. - Quite neighborhood (but a bit further away from the interesting part of the city). - Vending mashine.

The apartment is full of insects and mosquitoes. AC will turn on and off at owner wish. Fan is not working at all. AC can set minimum to 25 degrees that can only be down by owner. If you call the owner, get ready to be threated and scolded. Bath tub is good.. but you can only use it just for shower, not for relaxation

Only benefit of this place is that it is walkable distance to Tower of Pisa otherwise the room is full of mosquito and inssects

First fews days the towels provided didnt smell fresh almost as if they were laying for few days (dont get me wrong, they were clean but didnt smell nice) but near the end of our stay the towels were very fresh and smelled really nice.

The property was very nice, clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was very nice, yummy (Italians like their breakfast sweet so expect only sweet things in the morning included in the photo what to expect ;) ). Host was very nice, explained everything and made our stay very pleasant. Our room was cleaned almost everyday. Very pleasant stay and quiet area. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, the experience was not very pleasant due to the following issues: The room was not clean, had a smell, and felt very cold. AC and heater were not functioning through the remote, and I had to request assistance to switch them on. There were mosquitoes in the room, and I experienced bites during the night. The room also lacked proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable. I hope these points can be taken into consideration for future improvements.

Quiet, easy to find. Private and very comfortable. Host did not send remote entry information until I asked for it standing outside, unable to get in. No milk for breakfast or to put in coffee.
