It was all great!

We had a great reception from the very friendly owner, Fausto. His apartment was very well decorated and thought out. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and it was exceptionally clean. Although it is only a one bedroom apartment it worked perfectly for our family of 5. The main bedroom is very big and as well as a very comfortable double bed it also has a cot and a single bed and there is a sofa bed in the living area, which is tucked in and doesn’t affect the use of the kitchen and dining table. It is a very easy apartment to stay in, especially as it is all on the ground floor. The apartment is very centrally located and you can walk to the old town in a 4-5 minutes. One of the biggest benefits is the free parking, right outside the apartment. This was great, as we were travelling with children and it was easy to come and go and not worry about a parking spot. The apartment also has washing facilities, which was great as we were staying in Sardinia for a few weeks. The pizzeria over the road was really good and very handy if you want a quick and easy meal. Fausto also gave us lots of other beach and restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this place. He also has a second apartment next door if you need further space.

Unique place to stay in the centre of Alghero. Apartment had everything we needed, with parking space and cool tips where to go by the owner. I would definitely come back again.

There was nothing got to like

Lovely apartment, brilliant location near the marina and old town. The property is well set back so very quiet, despite being so central. The private parking is an added bonus. The communication from the owner was exceptional

Clean and functional place in a convient location within walking distance from Alghero downtown!

Le Antiche Conce was a great place to stay for a few days. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped for a family. The location is great to access both old town and the beaches. Shops and restaurants are close including a great Pizza place opposite. Fausto was an excellent host who met us on arrival and was always on hand to answer any questions. Nice touches such as beach mats, brollies and kids toys for us to use were also appreciated! Will come again!

Spacious, comfortable, very clean. Short walk to old town, which is lovely with nice restaurants and bars. Parking in front of the house. Quiet (low season), beautiful beach within walking distance. We arrived 1,5 hour before check in, wanted to park the car and walk around till check in. Host was already there and checked us in right away ! Communication was quick and easy.

The host checked us in and gave us all the information about the accommodation and told us about where everything is I.e, supermarket old town, beach etc. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around Alghero. The car parking is just outside the front door and very safe. Host was very accommodating and gave us a late check out. Couldn't fault a thing.

I can't think of anything that could have been better!

The location was fantastic- right on the edge of the old town, separated from the busy and interesting waterfront by an ancient wall (which gave the property privacy and quiet). The property had a private parking in a very congested area- such a treat to be able to park by our front door. The apartment was super clean, well-stocked with amenities, had access to a washing machine and clothes rack dryer, and a cooler with cold packs in the freezer (we used them for a picnic.- so fun!) - things that were above and beyond our expecttions.

The accomodation was clean, the host was nice - earlier check in was not a problem. Great place close to the beach and the historic center. Shop 2min. Fully equipped kitchen. Bus stop 3min. I recommend.
