Room was spacious and relatively clean. Instructions from staff for check in etc is clear and accomodating Location was not nearby Florence's main attractions, need to walk a fair bit, but it was convenient to commute to-from S.M. Novella station. Appreciated the snacks/ drinks provision which made for a very decent light breakfast!

Our stay at this hotel in Florence was truly fantastic! The hotel itself was very stylish and modern, creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. Our room felt very big and comfortable, even better than it looked in the pictures, and it even had a lovely little balcony. Inside the room, we also had a fridge, coffee maker, and electric kettle, which were super convenient. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and spacious. One of the best features was the hotel's shared kitchen. Every morning, it was filled with fresh breakfast items, delicious cakes, and fresh juices, which was a wonderful way to start our day. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location was absolutely perfect too; we had great access to the historic part of the city and were very close to public transportation. If you're planning a trip to Florence, we definitely recommend this hotel!

.The safety deposit box is just a portable box, it is not secured to the wall. It was a good thing we did not have to rely on using it at all.

The location is ideal, it is away from the crowded tourist area. It is less than a 10 minute tramp ride from the train station.

Value for money. The host was friendly and helpful. Although contactless, the check-in process was very seamless. The little extras, including the tea station in the room, bar fridge, and continental breakfast, were a nice touch. It turned out to be better than some hotels, honestly, and the main station was a leisurely 20 or so mins walk

Unfortunately the traffic noise can be heard in the room. If you are used to it, no problem, but we were travelling with a baby, so it was a bit challenging at night.

The room was big, clean and cozy. We liked it a lot. The shared kitchen was very useful and there was something small to eat for breakfast. We had a espresso machine in our room.

Andrea is always available, the place is safe, clean, spacious, easy to access for us, rules are there so everyone staying knows the quiet hours, i even wanted to iron my clothes and Andrea guided me to locate the iron in the open space. Its located in the middle of the city, even the central station is 13 mins walking, you can find a lot of bakeries, restaurants and markets within walking area, less than 5 mins. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, a pleasant 10 minute walk from downtown which allows you to go back to rest after lunch. The room was big & quiet with a comfortable bed and the bathroom very clean and new. There is a common kitchen/sitting room where they provide coffee, toast, fruit for breakfast which you can have there or in your room.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the center. Close to the train station as well, which is very convenient if you want to do one-day excursions. The room exceeded our expectations, extremely clean, the bed is very comfortable. There's always fruit and snack/ cookies and cake for breakfast if you're in a rush to get out in the morning. If not, there are eggs and other products in the fridge in case you decide to make your own breakfast. The host is available for any advice. A huge thanks to Andrea for the taxi assistance to the airport and for everything. I highly recommend the apartment! We will definitely come again!
