Location was perfect. Apartment was clean and most importantly it has air conditioning thats needed in summertime! Lastly, Vincenzo was amazing, he let us leave our luggage before checkin, as soon as the previous guests left. This gave us the time to go around the old city.

I needed a glass for water or wine, a cup for tea/ coffee; they only provide 2 small, espresso cups. No regular cups are provided for regular coffee . No glasses for drinks .. and to buy a glass I suppose to buy a set, for a cup was was 8€. I would be appreciated if there was a glass or a regular cup, for bigger drinks than an espresso.

Location was great, check in was very good, the host sent me messages about local shopping, eating, amenities, beaches, events, it was very helpful. I slept very well and found the host very flexible with checking in and checking out. I felt great.

Air-con could be more efficient. We didn't feel much difference with the air-con on. (And it's too loud to have the window open at night)

The shower in the more expensive suite is very small and in need for replacement. Did not expect that for that price. The living room/kitchen of the suite has no daylight which makes it a bit gloomy to sit for longer periods of time.

The location is perfect, the bedrooms are specious and it is great to have the suite with kitchen, dining room and couch. It was wonderful that David came to open up in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed.

Dirty place (surface cleaning). The couch, the walls, the shower cabin were dirty. Very cold in the rooms. heating is done with a heater in living and a very noisy fan in the bedroom. The pictures on booking do not represent the reality.

- Apartment is heated with two 10€ electric heaters. It is warm while they work, but if you turn them off it gets cold very fast because the walls and the flor is very cold, so in the morning you are very cold. The air gets very dry because of them. - Beds very soft. - Ocasionally there is no hot watter, mild only - No closets to put your clothes - Very small shower

- location is great, everything is near, city center and all transportation needed - entry is very nice, big and with elevator - high sealings are a great detail for higher luxury - good comunication with the host - very clean - lots of towels - big TVs

We didn’t have hot water in this property for the whole of our stay, we tried to communicate with the owners and had no response, this was the only negative about the property but not having hot water for 3 days and no words from the owners was very disappointing.

This is an excellent location to explore the city of Bari with lots of bars and restaurants within minutes. The property is very comfortable and has great facilities
