Breakfast was good. The room was nice, though a bit small, but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and functional. The hotel might require some refurbishment.

Quite small room but we did get the cheapest. A bit cool and no individual room heating but it was unseasonal weather. No fridge in room.

Paper cups in the bathroom got soggy and collapsed soon after we put water in them

I could not find bunk beds for kids really comfortable. And in general the room size for the family of 4 is relatively cabined.

Breakfast is definately a good point for the hotel, rich selection of local food and the choice to choose the different options. Captivating view from the balcony on mountains, especially from the restaurant. A pool and sauna were the good addings to the rest time.

The waiter who served us dinner was excellent. He noticed I was not eating my food and offered me an alternative dish as he didn't want me to go hungry. This is a lovely family business. Grandad built the hotel when there was nothing else around except fields.

Assuming a rating like the TV serial ‘4 hotels’, I could provide a sufficient rate only for the location. Rest a disaster, a place I don’t recommend.

The glass door in the bathroom- we had to get out of the room if someone is using the bathroom because you could see what the person is doing, NO PRIVACY! Shower was SO NARROW! I hit my breast and behind trying to get out of the shower.

The hotel location is not suitable, it is located at the top of the mountain, the furniture is old, the room space is small, as is the bathroom, and there is no soundproofing, as we hear external sounds. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, I book 3 nights but I stayed only one night.

Already at the booking, we were aware that room is rather small and outdated. Although it was very clean, it needs some renovation. But that was our room while other rooms might be bigger and already renovated. The second recommendation goes to one time use plastic cups at breakfast and sauna. In light of enviromental care, you could reconsider to use reusable ones.

Great location (5 min drive to Cavalese - charming old towm), rich breakfast where we especially appreciated local (0 km) food, nice view from breakfast room on mountains and ski slopes, frienly staff. The biggest plus goes to pool and sauna. We had privilige that other guests have not use it thus we had it practicaly for ourself. For sure we will return.

The shower was leaking the whole time and at night it was annoying, we couldn't access the pink salt room in the spa because there was an extra charge when on the booking app it was free of charge, they asked €3,50 for a pair of paper slippers to use in the spa and pool. During breakfast we were the only one in the room and the staff members were staring at us and it was weird. The breakfast room was quite cold. The room walls are really thin so the noise coming from other rooms was too loud.

The location was great and a nice little relaxing area. Luckily it wasn't busy so I enjoyed it a lot with a nice hot tea. We like the fact that we had in one room, two different rooms.

- room extremely outdated, nothing you would expect in 2023 in Europe - room very small, barely a space to turn around - walls in the hotel are made of paper - we could hear everything from other rooms and corridors which was annoying - not even a kettle and mugs to make a tee or something in the room - water in the pool too cold - poor Customer Experience

- we liked the breakfast - good location for skiers
