Position in the heart of beautiful Trastevere, close to plenty of restaurants, cafes, nice alleys. Approx 30 mins walking from Trastevere train station (Uber and busses available) where train from airport stops. Nice room with comfy bed and air con. Andrea is super friendly and made us stay a bit longer on checkout day which was appreciated. Easy check in system with the app!

-The bathroom needs a caddy for the shower area -I would like to have the option to turnoff or redirect the over head shower -The breakfast area is tight -The decoration in the rooms needs some work

-Great location -The property is a walking distance to important places and monuments. You’ll have several transportation options, restaurants and shopping area -Really safe and friendly neighborhood -Andrea is such an amazing host! He will do everything for you to get a great experience in the city. We’ll like to book again in the future.

It was a wonderful apartment - lovely room and fantastic air conditioning and services - in the best part of Rome . Andrea was a fantastic host and his cappuccinos in the morning were the best .

The space in the room was fantastic. Bathroom was lovely too. Everything was so clean and tidy. Great to have a kitchen open 24hrs to get snacks or a tea/coffee. The host was great and erg helpful when I needed information. Organised taxis for me. For an old building, great there was an elevator for suitcases.

The whole experience from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, Andrea was so helpful, rooms clean and cosy, close to a lot of restaurants and stores. We had the option of twin share with 2 single beds as travelling friends. It's a home away from home. Kitchen wa s available for use with snacks and breakfast options.

The key system was difficult to understand at first, due to the age of the building. I got locked out the first day because I could not figure out how to get my key to work in the lock and had to call Management to let me in.

Andrea was a delight! He made me feel welcome and was very hospitable and helpful, which was especially nice since I was a solo traveler. The building was very old, quaint, and charming. If you want fancy and modern, this is not the place for you!

Excellent host, very accommodating and kind- available for any questions we had as we settled into our first trip to Rome and even gave us great tips! Location and price is the best for a stay in Rome. Safe, fun and near amazing restaurants and everything you could want. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Elevator is key with luggage too! Gorgeous old school and does the job.

The property is located in one of the loveliest neighbourhoods in Rome, while still being on a very, very quiet street and in a quiet building. Each room has a theme, and every detail is very thought of. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities you may need, and the open kitchen provided basic food at any hour. The room was cleaned everyday by a very lovely lady and the heating worked excellently on a colder night. Andrea, our host, was simply amazing. He recommended us many things to do and even offered me a bottle of delicious wine because he noticed I had a birthday coming up.

If I had to say anything, the shower temperature did fluctuate a little, thats all I can find really. the rest was great

The rooms are great with a nice theme including pictures to continue the thread. the bathroom etc was newly updated and again very nice. the breakfast and kitchen was well stocked with juice, coffee maker, meats and cheeses and cereals.

The breakfast was okay, but a bit annoying that the Landlord uses the kitchen area at breakfas time as his office. But convenient if you have questions for him. We pointed out that the refrigerator in our room did not work, but he just ignored it.

The kitchen was at our disposal any time, so you could bring Take away and eat it there, and make coffee /tea. The room (Old English) was decorated very tastefully. Situated very close to bus stops.
