Excellent location with own garden and parking place. Beautiful view for the Garda Lake from the swimming pool on the roof.

Great place in a great location. Appartment was perfect with a large outside deck. Rooftop with the pool is superb and the access to Lake Garda is so close. You also have a great restaurant as part of the building (among other things, their pizza is the best!). Finally, Christina (the owner) and her staff are absolutely fantastic!

First holiday with our young dog. The apartment was very convenient and modern with a small but cozy garden. Very friendly owners and staff. Private parking and great view from the pool. Location is perfect and close to the lakeside. San Felice is a beautiful but quiet place compared to some Lago di Garda hot spots (which is good). Would definitely come again.

Really nothing to complain. Maybe TV could be placed a bit better and adding some additional equipment to the kitchen (sharper knives) would be great.

Really excellent place. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped, the view to the lake is amazing. The staff were extremely helpful with everything we needed and beyond. And, on top of it, the jacuzzi on rainy days, the pool, and the pizza down stairs (with an option for room service) made the visit even more amazing

Our ghost Cristina and her husband are fabulous and this makes our stay really good. The location and facilities are great. The restaurant below offers easy food and around there is enough alternatives. The bakery service, help with excursions, you name it Cristina and her husband they fix it. Service with a star that one should cherish. Grazzie mille Cristina&husband We’ll be back for sure It’s a gem.

Some guests do not really adhere to the governance and instructions when using the rooftop pool (bringing wine glasses, children with inflatables etc etc). Dp not be mistaken, we love kids but they should also be respectful but it starts with the parents…. . The noise of the restaurant may disturb a bit if you are an early go to bed person but it is really fair.

We stayed with 3 kids in a 2br apartment with a cute garden. All room amenities new and clean. Amazing service from Christina and her husband, and Giada. They’ve organized everything with the e-bike rental. Wonderful view from the pool. Cosy restaurant, tasty and cheap. Location great, just two minutes and you’re enjoying the lake. All in all, a very welcome feeling. Not only would I highly recommend but we’ll be definitely coming back.

I liked absolutely everything in this amazing NEW lakeside apartments hotel. Special thanks to Cristina, who is a wonderful friendly and caring hostess, lovely and kind. The welcome set in apt and the souvenir at the departure were very cute and nice. The hotel has a great location, by the natural stream, falling into the lake, between the hills, what make its location great either in summer or in winter time. Small footpath to the lake goes out to the pedestrian embankment and the beaches, where the water is extremely clean during all the year. Small number of the hotels in this area and the luxury neighbor villas makes this area great place for people looking for a quiet, calm and relax during the vacation. There is a restaurant in the hotel and some bars/restaurants by the beach. There is a free parking and you may travel around the lake very easy. Lots of great hiking paths and great views around. Close to mountains and luxury Gardone Riviera. Will come back and will recommend Lamasu to everyone! Thanks for such and a nice and hospitable resort at Garda!!!

All is perfect. Beach towels as well as a beach bag are available at the room. Bath set also.

Beautiful place, very sweet apartments, very kind stuff, although a bit expensive, but it was new year, so may be that's the reason, but it was worth it. Next to the beautiful Garda lake, so in summer is great for sure, there is a rooftop pool. I'm sure that the summer is much better option to visit that place, in winter is not such a good idea,but it was nice anyway, you can visit the amazing Sirmione which is close and it's a Must!

Everything was great, as I said may be bit expensive, but may be normal for that area... We paid 400eu for 2 nights(nothing included like breakfast or smt) and on the next day we paid 150eu by the como lake (stunning) for a very beautiful apartment direct on the lake also for 2 nights... So this is how I see the difference...But probably the new year's Eve made the price so high

The owner, Christina, was wonderful and very helpful. She made our stay very comfortable and helped with everything she could have. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet place to chill and have an amazing view.

We didn't need the restaurant too much, so for us was not an inconvenience, but at night there are limited options for restaurants around the area. However, the grocery stores are very well stocked and the food is amazing wherever you go.

Quiet, modern, large, new, clean, kitchen well equipped! Gorgeous bathroom and shower, private patio with lounge chairs and table and chairs, electric plug for our car, sofa. 50 meters to the lake, a cafe close by. Wonderful host!
