The only negative thing about the property is that it’s not nearer the beach. Everywhere is a car journey, but to be very honest, that is the same all over Sicily.

The B&B was well kept and beautifully clean and tidy. The owners could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were recommended nice places to visit, nice restaurants where the food was always good. We had a lovely view of the sea and surrounding area. The room was nicely decorated and clean.

This B&B is lead by father and son. Both are so cordial people who make your stay very enjoyable. Our room was just wonderful including sea view and a terrace.

We went in mid-September, and the area where this B&B was had pretty much closed down for the season, whereas places up the road in San Leone were still open, so it felt a bit sparse. In the season this would have been busier and more faciities within walkiing distance.

The room was spotless, bed comfy, good shower. Our host was incredibly welcoming and very helpful with telling us about what to do and where to eat - great recommendations.

The Hosts of the B&B are extremely accomodating. They were helpful from the check in all the way through the check out with fantastic coffee to start with ( you could have as many as you wanted wow !!! ), a breakfast which you could select what you wanted hence trying new things every day, the rooms were enormous with everything brand new and spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, there was an amazing terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The free parking was actually within the property itself with an automatic gate, how great was that 👏 The beach was literally 3 min walk down from the B&B with a private beach and a place to rent out a parasol or have lunch. The water was clear as well as the actual beach. The hosts were extremely spot on with their recommendations for places to dine out and even advised us to visit the valley of the temples in the afternoon, which turned out to be the best advice ever ( it was 33 degrees during the day...). They were so accomodating that even did a load of laundry when we couldn't get it done in town due to no available shops wanting to take our short notice request. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, clean and beautiful place to stay then you really need to book immediately! September is also a great time as the beach felt almost just for us 🙌

Fantastic stay at this B&B. Great family run business and they could not be more welcoming and warmhearted. Getting to know Mimmo, Bhavik and everyone was truly a pleasure. Towards then end of our two week stay we felt like family being there. Having a nice breakfast with an Oceanview to start the day really sets the tone for the day. Beds are super comfortable and there were many mornings they were hard to get out of! :) We chose this location due it its proximity to the beach, literally a 5 minute walk down to the beach near a bar with beach loungers or just lay down your own beach towel and you're all set. The B&B even has an outdoor shower to use when you return so you don't have to return to your room full of sand. The staff was always asking if we needed anything and really went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. We were there during Ferragosoto holiday, a day where usually everything shuts down, and Mimmo when out of his way to provide us with a list of things to do over several days to celebrate the occasion. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well during our stay. Another great addition is parking for our rental since we were on the road a lot during out stay. It is easier to stay at this location while in Agrigento to avoid the traffic heavy areas of the city and be so close to the beach. We will be back!

Really nice , modern and well-equipped property, we loved the Africa-themed inner design. Cosy beds, extreme cleanliness everywhere, despite of the much sand near to this. Our room had a perfect terrace with awesome view to the sea and the beach. Breakfast is upon your choice, which you have to make on arrival. The property has private parking places, and an automatic gate.It is easy to connect with the owners by Whatsapp. One of the best thing is the owners' exceptional friendlyness so you may feel like as a member of the family. Thank you, Mimmo and Bavík for making our stay so memorable. Wish you all the best for the future! Hope, we will meet again soon.

Would have prefered crisp white sheets, and knowing that beach was down a rumble and litter-strewn track. There is little of interest within walking distance. Okay for an overnight stop. Entrance area could do with a bit of a declutter. Apologies, I am starting to sound like the 'Hotel Inspector'.

The host was very welcoming and helpful.. The room Kilimanjaro was a good size and clean. There was adequate parking outside. And we enjoyed the views of sea. Breakfast was adequate.
