The location is perfect, the apartment is clean

Not a lot honestly. The bed was potentially too firm, but some people will like that. The room is small but, as long as you don't plan to spend your holiday in there, that's not a problem. Even then the deck makes up for that.

Host was awesome. Helped us with luggage up the fairly steep stairs, was full of useful info around ferry's, restaurants etc. Was happy to organise our laundry to be done by the cleaner for a small cost paid to the cleaner. Great location with a ferry terminal, with regular ferry's going both directions on the lake, just 100m up the road. Short walk to a shopping centre with a great little Cafe A restaurant nearby. 20 min walk, or a 5 min ferry, to the next little village which has some great authentic apperetivo and dining options. The amazing view of the lake!! The large open deck, being straight across the road from the lake, lets you see in both directions for a long way.

We had an unforgettable stay at LakeviewCabin! The location is absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and just steps from the water. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake each morning felt like something out of a dream. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Whether we were relaxing on the balcony, enjoying a quiet evening inside, or exploring the surrounding area, we always felt right at home. A special thank you to Mr. Davide, our host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in nature with a truly hospitable host, look no further than Lakeview Cabin. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything is perfect EVERYTHING The boat station is less than 5 minutes walk, and there is a coffee bar close by good for breakfast, there is also a supermarket next to it. I recommend this especially for couples I will come again

I can say this place is on another level. I originally planned to stay for just one night but extended my stay immediately after checking in. Perfect view, shops and the ferry terminal just a 5-minute walk away, spotless rooms and facilities, and an incredibly kind host. Definitely deserves a 10/10.

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations! Davide was an amazing host and catered to our every request in extremely quick fashion. Additionally, the location is perfect from the amazing view of the lake to the easy accessibility to take both the ferry to Como and the option to walk back at night if warranted. I would highly suggest this location to anyone that wants a hassle free stay to enjoy the beautiful Lake Como!

great private apartment in residence overlooking the lake. 2 minutes from boat ferry to city, close to supermarket and local restaurants. We felt better than staying right in Como town, but easy access by 20 minute walk along the waterfront.
