Very close to the lake. Easy walking distance from Como Lago station. Close to ferry station. Good cooking facilities. Owner was very helpful with good instructions for collecting key. Also arranged a taxi for us when leaving.

A rather dated interior but the location more than made up for it. You could not get any closer to the lake complete with small a balcony to enjoy your drinks and restaurants 50 metres away

There is no outlook or anywhere to sit outside. It is on the ground floor and we felt that we needed to have the blinds drawn so that people could not see in.

The area can be a bit noisy at times and the shower was quite small.

This property was clean and comfortable with good provision of everything needed for the stay. The host communicated well and sent a video of the check-in procedure which was helpful. The kitchen was well appointed and even had a dishwasher which we didn’t use. It is close to the lake, funicular and within easy walking distance to bus and ferry terminals as well as restaurants and shops.

It may appear a bit old fashion but a manual on how to use the washing machine, television & some of the other appliances would be helpful. The TV didn't work at all during our stay. This was reported to the Host on our first night.

The location.The ability to walk everywhere. Close proximity to the lake, ferries, restaurants, mini market, shops & Como Lago train station. Fausto, our host, was very helpful & also met us at the train station. He responded quickly to our messages & he gave us some great recommendations on where to eat & visit. We did eat in & we used the kitchen facilities, there was more than enough utensils etc to cook at the accommodation.

Really cozy, comfortable, close to center and station. The host is super friendly, helpful, made our stay very welcoming. In the room you can find everything you need - dishes, washing machine, iron, dishwasher and etc. Definetly will stay again!

Curtains that keep light off would be a useful addition because the blinds were not very effective. As summers get warmer even in the North, an aircondition would soon be needed!

It was a lovely studio very close to the Lake in an area with many restaurants and coffee shops. It was a short walk from the train station and a 10 min walk from the town centre. Location was central but quiet. The studio was well organized and had all the necessery amenities. The bathroom was of a good size and the shower was working very well. The studio was clean and fresh and nicely decorated. I think it is a very good choice for a couple. Fausto, our host, was very friendly and helpful and replied to our messages within the same minute! He even let us stay a bit longer on our departure day.

It was very noisy on a morning because of the neighbours, they seemed to be active in the courtyard around 7am every morning.

Amazing place, amazing location. Fausto was a fantastic host who was really flexible with check in and check out. He let us drop our bags off at the apartment 4 hours early. Also it was very clean

The apartment was in the perfect location - just a few minutes from the train station, the ferry port & the funicular up to Brunate. The apartment was very clean & comfortable and was equipped with all of the facilities we needed. Both Fausto & his friend Mauro were friendly gave great recommendations! We can’t thank Fausto enough for saving us when we had travel issues on airport day!! The perfect stay - we loved it!!
