The amazing views - absolutely breathtaking. Lovely clean & comfortable apartment with all the amenities you need. Lina is a great host & even provided some UK travel adaptors when we forgot to bring some.

The only very minor thing that it lacked was a long mirror in the main bedroom or corridor of the premises.

The amazing views of the lake and surrounding hills, the layout of the apartment. Also the swimming pool, and the security of the apartment. The manager, Lisa was exceptional, and was always available to help immediately with any queries.

Wifi/internet initially didn’t work, but after contacting the host a practical solution was provided.

The appartement is beautifully located 160 m above Lake Como. The town Varenna is within walking distance, and can also be reached using bus or taxi. A local supermarket in Perledo is 1.3 km away. The apartment is large, and well equipped. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests. We visited Ravenna and Bellagio (by boat). Both were very crowded with tourists (end of July). To catch the ferry it is recommended to arrive well on time because it can be full.

Localization was super cool. Nice trips to shop and town and back :) Super cool view. Flat is equiped with everything that is needed for few day stay. Nice Swimming pool, very nice parking!

We enjoyed the walk down to Varenna and up to the bar and shop. Whilst a car is not necessary you have to be reasonably fit and ready for the steep walks - but the D21 bus service is easy to navigate too.

Absolutely stunning views from the terrace, beautiful surroundings, well equipped clean and spacious apartment with everything you need for a self catering stay. The pool and sun terraces were very clean and welcoming in the heat. The lovely Lina couldn't have been more helpful. There was a shop and a lovely local bar for pasta and pizza within an easy walk. Excellent base to explore the area and visit all the local villages whilst being away from the crowds and extremely peaceful x Loved our stay!

Firstly the views were fantastic! And the apartment was perfect. Clean and really comfortable. The host was so lovely and very helpful and accommodating. We hired a car and were able to get out and about.

The only thing that could've been better was a larger shower, we also had to shut off the ac for a blazing hot showers but it worked but it was not very bothersome. Overall this place exceeded our expectations and our family of six was very happy with our stay in two separate units . ( ages 22, 25, 25, 29 , 51 and 53) It was a relief to come home to each day after traveling and touring the area. We walked to town each day and taxied Back related to the steepness. Pool/ view/ ac/ responsive attentive host. 6 Americans staying and we were very very pleased. Thank you again !

Fantastic view from the balcony. Spacious. easy access. Great parking. the apartment was very clean and appeared brand new, especially the kitchen. Great beds!! Really exceeded our expectation, but it was also quite expensive. Though, value for money. Clean and great pool. Not crowded and always a vacant sun bed. Friendly and service minded host. speedy replies and also allowed early arrival and late departure as the apt was available. Very flexible and friendly.

We had a car, but without one it would be very difficult

A really big apartment with a huge amount of storage. Previous reviews had complained that there was no coffee maker or essentials like salt and pepper. I am very pleased to say that Lina had responded to this and provided them all. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular. Helped by the fact that there was a firework display on our first night. The kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment felt like a home from home

Needs a Bigger shower

Getting up to the property is a bit daunting with the twists and turns but WOW ! The view is fantastic and very peaceful.

No character, no pictures or art anywhere. Felt cold and sterile. Bees and spiders inside. No screens in Europe so not sure anything could prevent this. Shower difficult to raise arms in to wash hair. Otherwise it’s nice.

The walk back up to the apartment from Varenna is a hike! It’s about 15-20 minutes solid uphill and in the heat of the day it’s a lot but the view is worth it! It’s definitely doable as long as you don’t have access issues as it’s almost all steps.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was a very spacious apartment. The pool was also great.
