The loft was very low and almost all of us bumped our heads a few times.

Amazing place with stunning gardens and lake views! Gated entrance, was a bit awkward to get into but not a big issue. The place was comfortable, appreciated the pull out couch option. Right across the lake from Villa Carlotta. I celebrated my Birthday here and there just so happened to be fireworks across the lake that night from a party celebration, what a treat!

No service at all . No clothes washer. No laundry inside the building. No room service and it costs 60 Euro everyday. No towel change if you are staying less than 10 days . And it is 15 Euro each if you want to change. No Air conditioner, only fans, one fan .

Location and location and location. Nothing else . Stunning view and garden. Worth all the missing things .

The stove top only had one burner that worked, but I informed manager & she had it fixed. The gate to the community malfunctioned and the grounds keeper fixed it right away. The switch stairs were scary, so left bathroom light on at night so visibility going up & down would be safe.

Waterfront location, fantastic view!! Quiet, had a pool, beautiful grounds, secure parking.

beautiful apartment on a stunning estate., front door just feet from the water with a private set of steps to the lake for swimming. great location, close to Villa Melzi, though some more info about transportation ( train to town , ferries) would have been helpful. by the time we figured it all out, it was time to leave! lovely pool, but we didn’t get to use it.

It's not clean, finger prints on the glasses, old dusty sofa, very steep stairs and little headroom in bedroom, bumped my head at least twice per day and I am not tall, wouldn't bring children there. The deal breaker are neighbours who turns out to be permanent residents in other appartments and they come to your appartment at random times to tell you what you are doing wrong and frankly tell you better leave (because we cycled couple of meters on sand to our appartment). Some kind of Karens.

Location is perfect straight from movies, near the lake, there is a big park nearby, quiet.

Very very small and hot in the summer with no air conditioning system! The staircase to the beds is extremely dangerous! The breakfast isn’t good enough! Just one pastry and a drink! The money I would expect more!

The property was misrepresented in terms of amenities and location. The staff sent a note on booking that they were like family and wanted you to feel like they cared about you, but they really don’t . The property is way out of Bellagio and the unit was dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine. The beds were terrible, seriously, and the stairs leading to a loft with extremely low ceilings were makeshift and dangerous. The cost was absolutely unacceptable for what this accommodation is.

The view was beautiful and the property grounds were lovely. Though you were prohibited from walking or picnicking.

We were there in July and the aircon worked but didn’t really do much to help so the room was quite hot. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. They’re also located upstairs in a loft, which is apparent in the pictures and not a surprise at all. What is a surprise is that the loft ceiling is very low. I’m about 150cm (5’ 1”) and I could stand up fine. My husband is 180cm (5’ 11”) and he couldn’t stand up straight so had to bend over when upstairs, which wasn’t ideal.

Everything about the outside of this property is amazing. You are right in the lake so the first thing you see when you open the doors and windows is a fantastic view. The grounds are also stunning, very lush and green and very well kept. Great pool that gets sun all day. Also perfect location: away from the hustle and bustle but easy to walk to everything. There’s a super cute cafe (Nene) just outside that has some groceries, snacks and drinks and Alissa is lovely and super responsive. Good wifi

Location and view were exquisite. We enjoyed the privacy of the gated compound combined with quick access to the cafe and park at San Giovanni, and easy transportation to Bellagio.
