The location is great and the staff is super friendly. The view is amazing and it was magical waking up looking out over the water.

Everything is very crammed together making it very hard to have any space in your own room. Whenever I had to get to my luggage I felt like I was on top of my neighbor, especially with 6 to a room. Walls are also paper thin so everyone hears everything.

Fantastic location. Awesome lake view from our private room. Good menu including veg/vegan options. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very close to bus and ferry stops.

The views were amazing, I like that they provided towels, beds were comfortable and the rooms were generally clean. Close to amenities and the ferry/bus stop, also close to a supermarket with everything you could need. The other people staying were so friendly, generally very respectful and helpful

Some dust on the bunkbeds but nothing major. No AC so very warm in the night, but provided three fans for the room which was a good touch.

Nice views, location, parking and the restaurant was decent and affordable.

The facilities were purely maintained, no lights in the toilets etc, very tiny toilets and showers. There wasn't literally any place you could chill about your bed and at the restaurant which made you feel uncomfortable if you wasn't eating anything.

Location - 3 mins walk to nearest bus stop and ferry. 5-10 mins walk to town square, restaurants, and promenade. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room had no air conditioning, making summer nights that much hotter. It was warmer indoors than it was outside. The mattresses are not thick enough, but to be honest, staying in a hostel means you're unlikely to get quality sleep anyway.

Lovely location, very clean, fresh towels every two days!

There was no kitchen or fridge that we could use- there was an on sight restaurant which was very tasty but we struggled to keep costs down because of this

Staff was brilliant and super helpful! I was in the area to do a few hikes and they had the best ideas and recommendations! Dorms are spacious.

The bunk beds are made for children and are not adjusted to the height of adults. Being 170cm, you will bang your head. Hostel is right by the main road. Bathrooms are tiny. Your knees will kiss the wall when you go to the toilet.

Very nice view of the lake (the only problem is that house in front of the hostel, but it doesn't keep us from admiring the rest of the lake. There's a little public beach hidden 3 minutes away, and it's about 5 five minutes away from the ferry. The presence of the restaurant downstairs is very practical, and it's very good ! There are board games at your disposal, and you can sit at the coworking table or on the terrace as long as you want. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The beds are not that comfortable ; you can feel the springs, and the bunk beds are very low when you're in the bottom bed, you cannot sit straight + make a lot of noise when someone moves The women showers are a mess, except for the one at the end of the very narrow corridor. There are not enough spaces to put all of your things, and there's water all over the floor because of how poorly they're designed.

The staff was incredible, always available and ready to help. The view was great, even on a rainy day. Didn't actually have anything from the restaurant, but just the possibility of having an all-day kitchen available is great, and the people I saw there seemed to be enjoying the food and service! Prices were good for a very touristy region. Really close to the ferries to other places around the lake (took a really enjoyable trip to Varenna, but there were other options, like Bellagio).

Shower space was tiny, kind of uncomfortable to move and almost no space to leave our stuff (clothes, towel, shower amenities). Living quarters (rooms and bathrooms) were not clean, partly because of the lack of cleanliness from other guests, but some of it was also lack of maintenance from the hostel.

the view is of course great, showers are small but they were usually not occupied, very worth it for the price - will stay here again

the restaurant was pretty mediocre, very dim lightning in the rooms.

The staff is racist to Asians. I ask staff with mustache at the reception if I can borrow umbrella but he told me that it is stealing to take umbrella of others. While I saw the other staff give the umbrella to the other white girl. Moreover, when I ask about the voucher of free drink, that same guy speak rudely to me as if I don’t know English. Such an inappropriate behavior of the hospitality worker and even for the sake of humanity. That guy is the worse and the rudest person ever. I don’t know why he want to work at hostel if he treat people like this.

A great place with exceptional restaurant on the terrace with a view of the lake. Location is very good. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Near the ferry station, and the bus stop. So if you are from Como and want to go to other islands, very easy to commute

No AC. Far too hot in the rooms during 33 degree heat.

The staff was nice and the restaurant has good food and a nice atmosphere. Have their own parking spaces.

What you get is pretty minimal. The weather was hot and an AC would've been nice. Also a small shelf next each bed, or at least for the top bunks, would be nice to have. Bathroom stalls were very small.

Waking up with the sunrise view overlooking the lake. The location is perfectly situated near the transportation links.
