How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Outside was very hot nad the A/C was not fully covered the outside temparature. But it was nothing what made the service bad.
The hotel has the best time already in past but honestly saying the stuff is doing their best, absolutely clean, very nice smily and very helpfull stuff, the ratio price /quality is no 100% level . Very satisfye what i expected tahta i recieved maybe more. Kids loved the clean pool. Thank you for your services

Outside could have used a paint job.
Comfortable rooms, good public spaces. Very friendly staff. Quiet. Terrific buffet breakfast. Bar and restaurant right there. Whole place was much better than reviews described. Definitely great value.

Situated in a beautiful landscape. Old but well maintained hotel. A very descent breakfast for a three star hotel. Very friendly staff with a good knowledge of English.

There was a party up until midnight with fireworks, people running around and shouting all over the hotel. At least the receptionist should have mention it at check-in but they didn’t.

Hotel calls for a glow-up. It looks like this hotel had its glory days twenty years ago and stayed that way with no changes. Rooms and hallways are a bit dusty. Windows are dirty, paint from the building exterior is falling down. It needs new paint real bad.
The exterior is really nice with the lake and all. However the interior is like going back in time - if this thing is for you than it's ok. The bar and sports banners on the walls were quite nice though. Breakfast was italian style with pastries, coffee and few meats.

Restaurant is a little bit expensive . For example all around italy couperto is 2 euros per person here is 2,50 euros . Other prices are also a little bit expansive.
Building is old but clean and comfortable. Beds are new and relaxing. Staffs are very kind and polite

the rooms are a little dated, but they are very clean.
It was a great location. Although a big hotel it was quiet. Restaurant next door and a lovely village a few minutes away. Great view over lake. My 2 dogs were welcome which is so nice.

I appreciate the possibility of accommodation after 9 pm. The staff was nice, breakfast sufficient, plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is older, but it's enough for an overnight stay.

Everything is absolutely fine with this hotel , but have to mention something about the location because literally few people have mentioned this , hotel is located nearby a very beautiful village, the area is stunning, but if you don't have car you have to walkthrough quite steep road for half an hour, returning back to the place.

Breakfast could do with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. Only boiled eggs. Beds matress are very hard. Could hear next door snooring.

Fountain on the lobby was working throughout the night and the sound of pouring water was heard very well in the room which has interrupted my sleep couple
Good value for money overall. Great pool outside which made our day and get energized. Great territory around Nice and welcoming stuff. I believe that a couple of years (or decades) ago that was a really luxurious hotel. It still keeps some charm, but years and absence of investments for renovations took quite a chunk of it.
