Location was very difficult to get around due to this you pay through your nose to go to any town with attractions, tours, beaches l, airports or restaurants. The main road the hotel is on is also very dangerous without sidewalks making it impossible to walk anywhere.

We were the only guests there--the opportunity was to give us exceptional service and a great room since we were supporting them in the off-season but instead this experience was only at the "acceptable" level. The cost was much too high for what we got. We booked this room for the sea view and balcony. The balcony had a sea view (after the expansive view of the roof) but the room does NOT--there was a slit of a door that led to a 20 foot long walkway to the large balcony. The pool and outside areas were closed. The restaurant was staffed by one man who also took care of our breakfast. He seemed to be waiter, cook and dishwasher all in one. The restaurant was more of a ball room set up for private party which was awkward. Breakfast had limited options and wasn't refreshed the next morning. The room was very small--there was hardly enough room to lay out my carryon suitcase. The bathroom was also small and had water damage between the shower and the wall next to the bed. There seemed to a dance party going on both nights we were there but for who??? We didn't encounter any other guests but we still heard the music in the middle of the night. They did offer us another room but it didn't have the sea view which was half the reason we chose this hotel. There were plenty of empty rooms with sea view balconies. The location is not handy, you still have to drive to see Puglia--there are much prettier locations.

The staff was pleasant. Free parking was provided onsite and it was easy to drive to since it is along the highway rather than in the scenic city center. The lobby and restaurant areas were beautiful. But there's nothing else positive we can say. I'm sure this hotel is better in the busy season but I would not recommend it in the off-season.

Beach was not what I expected. Very noisy birthday celebrations. They continued until 2 or even 3 am. It wasn't possible to use the only available restaurant when there were celebrations.

The treatment provided by the receptionist. He literally threw me the keys of the new room after I complained because the first room stinks at cigar smoke. They offered the pool as part of the amenities but it didn’t work until June.

they had almost every night private event with very loud music, peak was Saturday evening when they have Dj till 2 o clock in the morning!! It was not possible to sleep. And they have ants in the room

We stayed at the end of September, so end of season. The hotel promoted a pool and stated the pool was open, but it was not. One of the main reasons we selected this property was for the pool. We also selected a premium room with ocean view, the size of room was suppose to be 24 m2, but what we got was a room size of about 16 m2, which is too small for our comfort. We were frequently bumping our head on the TV (on wall at foot of bed with little room for moving past it). The hotel frequently rents its ballroom (great room) out for weddings and celebrations. There was significant noise from events both nights, one until 4:00 am, interrupting our sleep. Although the food was good, options were limited and too expensive compared to dining out in a restaurant, which we could not do as we did not have car.

The view from our deck was fabulous. The overall cleanliness was good. The food was good.

A couple of things 1. When we arrived at 5.30pm the room wasn’t cleaned 2. We had room 109 which was the first room when you enter on 1st floor : really noisy as everyone pass by at the front, no lights (the window gave access to a gray wall) 3. Staff member who was there in the afternoon wasn’t everything but helpful and accommodating but thankfully his colleagues in the morning (a lady and a young man) really helped us with our trip. 4. Staff member from the Am told us we have to check out at 10 when on the website is at 11am and said no access to the facilities (while the other members when more than happy for us to stay)

The property is well located and has a pool and a private beach with sun beds and parasols which are free when you book a room.

There is NO PRIVATE BEACH!! be ready to share your stay by the sea with few HUNDREDS people form outside, street hawkers, sun-glasses vendors etc

- the 2 loud clubs that played super loud music until 4am - the pool is only for swimming, no relaxation in the pool, no sunbeds around the pool - the sunbeds for the hotel on the beach were on the furthest end with no entrance to the sea - the location is terrible. it’s in the middle pf nowhere - nowhere to go, nothing to do in the evening, they won’t even allow you on the beach

The breakfast was a bit limited but as “Americans” we are accustomed to a larger selection however the breakfast room was beautiful overlooking the water surrounded by full windows! So pretty!! Great cappuccino as well!

The property was great! Although we stayed in March and couldn’t utilize the beach or pool the property was beautiful and very well kept. Clean and spacious. Free parking which was very convenient for us since we rented a car. Friendly and accommodating staff! We chose a room with a balcony and beach view which was spacious compared to other hotels on our trip. We would highly recommend this hotel.
