excellent location, the host (Francesca) was brilliant before, during and after the stay with all of her help. the appartement was pristine and fully fitted with everything we wanted. she had even made the sofa bed for us. she was really good in providing local knowledge for shopping, restaurants etc. The appartement is perfect!!

Be careful that the village is quite remote from Garda lake. We didn't meet the host, the check-in was done remotely which wasn't as smooth as if there was a front desk (need to send the pictures of the IDs, get instructions via WhatsApp, leave cash in an envelope for the fee). I was looking for a simpler way. Plaid on the bed was quite greasy

Our apartment faced one of those charming narrow streets typical of old Italian villages. In the evening or early morning, you could hear scooters passing by. It’s part of the local atmosphere, of course, but with a bit less traffic, it would be even more peaceful.

We really love the Town We spent a wonderful few days at La Volpe Rossa, a beautifully renovated property that perfectly combines modern comfort with the charm of old Italian architecture. It’s located right in the center of San Felice del Benaco, a picturesque and authentic village in the Valtenesi area. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. The rooftop garden with a view of the bell tower is absolutely romantic, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always welcoming. Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation is beautiful, the gardan was an amazing choice for a home office on Friday. We enjoyed the location. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is beautiful. The handwritten note and home-made lemonchello were such a nice touch! Just amazing!

The atmosphere in the city is outstanding, small town with people that greets you at every step of the way. Owners were very responsive and attentive to our needs. Strategically located for visiting other nearby towns around Lago de Garda

The check in/out is really easy. There are free parking spaces nearby. The accommodation is very nice and cosy, equipped with everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The location is also perfect. There are bars, restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is also not far away.

Accommodation in a quiet location, clean, cozy. Beautiful device, fully functional. A great part is the garden. Communication with Francesca was excellent, she was always available by phone, she gave us all the information about the stay in detail. Everything went smoothly, everything was perfect. We didn’t get the room we saw on the pictures, it looked different and main problem was the window that looks to the hall and yard so everyone can see you and you can hardly open it. Also it’s pretty small for the room so it’s a bit too dark. Hopefully other rooms are with better windows and we were just unlucky. Another small remark is that internet could be better (stronger and faster)

Everything was super clean, staff was very nice and friendly, we got everything we needed and the location was very good. Aesthetically it looks great :)

The bed was a little stiff. The A/C was a little temperamental and was quite loud so we couldn’t keep it on at night

Lovely big room, large bathroom, staff left a lovely note and mini bottle of limoncello which was a lovely touch! Very easy to contact the staff through WhatsApp.
