The accommodation was very modern and looked newly refurbished. Super clean throughout, lovely little balcony with a sea view. Great amount of room for storage and very friendly and accommodating host. Super short walk both to the beach and into the town. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is truly beautiful and luxurious, featuring air conditioning in three rooms, and a modern bathroom. The spacious balcony stretches across the entire width of the apartment and opens up to a stunning seaside bay with views in multiple directions. Located on the fourth floor with elevator access, the apartment is centrally situated—perfect for train and bus connections, especially to and from Rome and Naples. In fact, being halfway between Rome and Naples makes it an ideal base for exploring both cities. The service was outstanding. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, flexible, and professional—everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommended!

The property was modern, clean, and well appointed. The hostess, Maria, made our stay very comfortable and had everything ready and waiting on our arrival. She was even kind enough to set up our taxi rides upon request.

The woman at reception provided everything we needed, easily the best room I have ever stayed in. The shower is brilliant, the view is unbelievable with a glorious view over the sea. The breakfast can be delivered the next day also.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with extended balcony providing a wonderful sea view. Very clean and exceedingly comfortable space. A light breakfast was provided and could be arranged to be delivered. Host greeted us on arrival and was responsive for anything we needed. Location is right on the via Francigena route and on the Main Street central to shops, food and groceries. Overall an outstanding stay for a great value.

Everything about this stay was top notch. From the parking reservation being taken care of to the amazing views and bottle of Prosecco in the room. The free breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious (& open early!)

Parking was a little far. There were plates, but no cutlery. A coffee machine, but no cups. No sink other than the bathroom, so if we wanted to use the plates, no where to wash them.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a regular building, which is very clean and modern. It is spacious with a large balcony and two bedrooms. The host is very nice and helped with all our requests.

Nothing. Everything was great.

This place was super clean and the room was spacious. The view from the balcony was incredible. In addition, the staff treated us like VIP's and made us feel at home - including suggestions to eat, helping us with our bags, places to shop. The breakfast was good as well. Also, having parking was a big bonus! Overall, this place exceeded our expectations.

Parking not on site, it’s about 10min walk. The bed in the main had broken slats and no one told us. I sat on the bed and fell through, hurting my leg. Breakfast at a cafe nearby is minimal.

It’s a big apartment and decorated beautifully. Aircon, TV and fridge in every room. The water pressure in the shower is outstanding. Has a large balcony with ocean views.

Beautiful facilities with spectacular views of the ocean and coastal towns. The host was very kind and helpful; since I needed to make reservations for the next day she kindly called the place and made the reservation for me. Excellent location for pilgrims on the Via Francigena.

There were crockery and cutlery but no place to wash up. It wasn't obvious which bell to ring to get in.

There was a great sea view. It was very clean. The balcony was lovely. The lady who welcomed us was very nice.
