Convenient location to train station and city centre. Well appointed room. Shared kitchen was clean and well equipped. Lovely roof terrace, beautiful place to sit and relax. Host very friendly and helpful in exploring Empoli. Highly recommend this property.

Could not leave the AC on when we left the room, which meant the room was very hot when we returned from being out as it was July when we stayed & was very hot.

Great location, close to the main town centre in Empoli. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was great!

The room is clean and the bathroom is new. There's a balcony as well. The kitchen has a kettle, a coffee machine and a microwave for guests to use. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the city center.

Having to leave for Pisa airport in the morning.

I liked the location, a pleasant short walk into town with a good bar nearby. The room was good with a balcony and there was a well- equipped kitchen. The terrace was excellent with views all around and very spacious. Check-in was available from 12.00 and Leonardo was very helpful and attentive. His mother Tamara, who lives in the flat opposite, also came in to introduce herself. I would definitely go back to La Terrazza.

There was no breakfast and the room was too cold. The heating system only works if the temperature drops under 20°. This is maybe ok for a lot of people and in summer but for me it was too cold.

The room was nice, the bed comfy and a big balcony. Everything was really clean. It's a quiet area. 7 minutes walk to the train station. The kitchen is well equipped and there is free water, coffee and tea.

I liked the place, more than enough for one person! But I especially liked the warn welcome from the owners of the B&B! They were super nice with me, first, by allowing me to arrive later than the expected arrival time and secondly, by explaining everything to me in a very nice manner! Thank you to the owners!

The only thing I didn't like was there weren't any curtains on the windws so the shutters had to be down and it was quite dark in the morning.

I had awesome stay in the apartment. The location was close the train station which I wanted since I was travelling each day to a new city. The surroundings and path to station was quiet and safe, I didn't have a problem returning at night. The room was clean and comfy with private bathroom and a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with food for breakfast and dishes for turists use. The.terrace was big and spacious and it was nice to spend time there. I liked the apartment and the host's mother who explained everything with some advice.

I spent three nights at La Terrazza. Very enjoyable stay - warm, comfortable, and clean rooms. Good to be able to have breakfast at any time, and also the ability to prepare a basic meal using the kitchen facilities.
