The only thing that made me a bit uncertain was that, before arrival, we were asked to provide ID documents and pay the city tax through an unfamiliar phone number and a time destruction chat, which felt unusual and made us hesitant at first.

It was a lovely B&B. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and quiet. The property also had a beautiful yard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying breakfast.

The room was very clean and bright with good tea making facilities and a fridge. The shower was excellent. The room had doors that opened onto a lovely shared outside space with plenty of outside furniture. Check in and out very easy and communal space was also very clean and pleasant. The property is 10/10. I didn’t expect it to be this good. It’s easily accessible with the public transport. It’s very clean and spacious and the staff were amazing. The terrace is amazing!

The breakfast was quite poor and also, we were receiving small portion of ham and cheese directly from the staff, they were giving us one slice of each to share per couple. If the omelette was finished, they would not provide us another, even if few more people wanted to have breakfast. Location is beautiful and the place is really clean.

It was about a 20 minute walk into the city The room was bright and clean bathroom was fine shower good and hot Breakfast was help yourself continental ,there was scrambled egg and bacon but was never hot when we had breakfast , But plenty of other things to eat . The staff were lovely x

The place is located in a calm neighbourhood, which I believe is a sleep neighbourhood. So, it’s perfect, there are no random noises at night and you can calmly sleep and enjoy your time. The room is cleaned every morning by the staff. There is also breakfast, which is not wide in options, but you can have all you need: some coffee/tea, water, fruits, toasted bread, snacks, omelettes, yoghurts and sweets as well. Moreover, water and different snacks are available 24/7. The city center can be reached in 15-20 minutes by walk or a station can be reached by tram in 5 minutes. Cozy and beautiful place. And the staff ladies are wonderful!!!

I liked everything.

I liked that the host was ready to answer questions in messengers and agreed to resolve certain issues that caused a reason to worry at first. The breakfast was tasty and sufficient (the hostess cooked omelet to my delight). The check-in is contactless and easy-to-understand due to detailed instructions provided. I had a tea kettle in my room, which I find really necessary for travelers. Thank you!

The process to confirm we had a reservation was a bit confusing when we first arrived. The building is also located on a somewhat busy street in Florence so be aware of road noise, especially if you like sleeping with windows open. We prefer to walk in larger cities so be aware that most of major tourist sites are a 20 to 30 minute walk on mostly side streets. Would have rated this a 9 if it wasn't for the road noise.

The two rooms we had were well appointed and clean. The breakfast host provided a full stocked assortment of food and was gracious enough to make us tea and cappuccinos. The apartment is not too far from the main train station and convenient to a number of restaurants and pizzerias.

Only negative things I can say is that the TV was very small for the room (Pisa) and the shower desperately needs a sliding door, as the water goes all over the bathroom, it’s also damaging the door by the way.

Very spacious, organized, clean, easy access, had so much personality too, the common area is incredible with all the snacks.

fantastic stay, lovely hosts, really friendly and happy to help before and during the visit. clean room, tidied the room and clean towels daily, great breakfast of yogurts, pastries hot and cold savory items and were able to happily accommodate gluten free, good location , 15 minute walk to the centre. Very close to bus stop to visit Fiesole with it's amazing views of florence.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Such a fabulous b&b. The room was very spacious, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. There was a lovely family feel to the B&B. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, and lots of choices. One of our party was unable to eat gluten, and every morning they made sure they had lots of gluten free goodies for breakfast. The communication from the hotel was the best we have experienced, and they were very accommodating to our late arrival. The location was perfect as well. So close to the centre of Florence, but far enough away to be away from the hustle bustle of the centre. Totally recommend this accommodation! What a wonderful stay!

Bright, airy room, good shower, comfy bed, all very clean, good breakfasts and coffee, excellent access to local buses/trams. Just a few minutes ride to main train station and sights of the city. Good places to eat nearby.
