The accommodation is a converted apartment. Guests have private rooms with ensuites. We didn't hear any sounds from other guests. The outdoor terrace is great, especially to socialise with other guests. The kitchen was also great, well stocked for breakfast, coffee, etc. Good location close to metro stations and the main train station in Rome.

Luciano was amazing! The communication was perfect and he helped my boyfriend and I with the many requests we had. The house it’s in a perfect position, well connected with the transports but also close to main attractions

The rooms weren’t very sound proof so I could hear a neighbour’s alarm clock early in the morning.

It was very clean, cosy and comfortable with a great location. The roof terrace was amazing.

I highly recommend staying at La Terraza di Evelina. The location is excellent. Just a few steps from the subway station and 10 minutes walking to Colliseum. Safe area and restaurants around. Luciano is a super attentive host, and he always replied to my concerns and questions. The place where you stay is clean and the beds are very comfortable and the room is big. An american breakfast is offered, which is very helpful in those rush days. Thank you very much for everything! I will definitely choose to stay here again.

A comfortable room with a good sized bathroom. Close to Metro A Line - Manzoni metro and a tram station. The room was spotless cleaned everyday. The kitchen was great, but the terrace was just wonderful. The bonus for us was the lift. Luciano was there when we checked in and gave us some great tips about Rome.

This was a fantastic accommodation. Luc was so accommodating, met us and showed us around, took the time to give us an explanation of the area and best way to get around. The food selection for breakfasts was good. The terrace was a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. Best place we've stayed on this holiday!

I have traveled quite a lot, and so far this was THE BEST guest house I have ever stayed in! Helpful host, great location, clean, stylish and comfortable - what else would you ask for? Very comfortable and welcoming property -felt like home- loved the elevator and the roof top patio. Easy location to get to main attractions and metro station and excellent restaurants in walking distance. Host extremely helpful with suggestions that did not disappoint.
