How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Being very picky, Two single beds pushed together started moving apart a little on day 2 but not huge

The walls between the rooms could be better insulated, as sounds from neighboring rooms are clearly audible
It's in a great spot, close to the old town and parking is easy to find. The host is super helpful and replies quickly. But the best part is the terrace with a view of the castle. The room is nice and clean. There's even a little fridge and a coffee machine.

Very comfortable bed. Nice shower, and also provides hair drier. Pod coffee machine also available. Great location. Easy to access.

Everything was great about this guest house. We slept very well, room was super clean and staff friendly. It is located around 5min walk from the old town. The rooftop terrace area was a nice bonus.

We recommend LTdS guest house very highly. In-checking with the host was very quick and helpful. We were recommended a fantastic beach and also a restaurant to watch the Euros. The room was immacuate, as was the bathroom. The roof terrace is a nice extra. Town is a short walk away, the beaches need a car as I'm sure the reader is aware (a bicycle would be fine to the Bosa Marina).

A little bit noisy from the street in the morning - but think it was probably due to some road work taking place around the corner that day.
We had a lovely stay for one night and found the check in easy, Bosa old town within very easy walking distance. The terrace on the top floor was a plus and we had our breakfast there in the morning. Laura was quick to respond and very welcoming.

It would be great if there was a mosquito repellent plug-in as the mosquitos are quite a problem there, they disrupted my sleep every night.
Reasonably sized room, it's very nicely decorated and cozy, with comfy double bed with nice warm extra blanket, convenient small side room with a closet and space to store your stuff, private bathroom. There is a table and a chair, a kettle, small fridge and coffee machine and some coffee and teabags provided. Towels included. Everything was spotless clean and you can get your room cleaned every morning if you wish. Seamless self check-in. Owner seemed nice, although we communicated only by Whatsapp. Conveniently located, short walk to town centre. Public parking possible on the street around, although it might be a problem to find a free spot sometimes.

View from the room.
Location close to the center allowing very short walk to access the pedestrian area. Lot of free park place in front of the villa. Terrasse with view on the city and around. Help of the owner to find local services. Calm.

Th location was excellent. Very central to Bosa town and the marina too. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was very powerful and quiet enough to leave on at night time. There was a very powerful shower too. Easy contactless check in and check out was also easy to follow.
