The apartment was neat and tidy in the heart of Florence at the Ponte Vecchio. The receptionist provided all the information, suggested places to park the car. We were allowed to leave the luggage at the property before check in time. The kitchen is equipped with pots, utensils, a coffee machine, a fridge.

Great location, just 50m from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. You can walk to all the attractions. The room was very clean and enough spacious. AC and mini fridge were great. The staff were very polite and helpful.

It can be loud early in the morning as trucks move in and unload at nearby businesses. On the weekend, there as thumping music from a nearby locale until about midnight; still able to sleep, but a good idea to have ear plugs or white noise from your phone. Other than these minor things that have nothing to do with the place itself, we enjoyed everything.

The location was amazing! It was a great launch point right along the river and next to the Ufezzi Gallery. Our hosts were so helpful at check in and gave great recommendations! They showed us to our room and explained the features of the room. Free espresso was a great perk. We felt super safe being behind three levels of security (not that there was anything threatening about the neighborhood - it is just a super secure facility). The air conditioning unit worked well and was adequate for the space.

I ddn't like the coffee machine in the hall and no kettle etc in the room. That meant getting dressed to go to shared area with other guests. Toiletries were simply a soap and shower/hair dispenser. I need conditioner - luckily took some.

Location is perfect! The bed is comfortable and despite the street bring occasionally noisy the windows kept out most of it. I liked the security - three keys - and I liked the exceptional communication with the hotel. We were welcomed and shown to our room. Towels were fluffy.

Unfortunately the couple next door was very loud so that prevented a good night's sleep. Lift was not working. Reception was in a completely different area.
