In my opinion the Bed was to soft.

Nice little flat. Room with enough space for two and their luggage. Chill out terrace. It's an awesome flat very close to the city. You've got everything you need. Patrizio thought about every little detail.

The bathroom was cleaned every day and towels changed. However, the room lacked a proper deep clean. The floor was dirty and shelves and tabletops were dusty. The coffeemaker hadn't been properly cleaned for some time. This brought the overall experience down a bit.

The room is beautiful, light and spacious with own balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The room is well equipped with a fridge and coffee/tea and set of plates, glasses and cutlery. The place is within a short walk from the Arena so everything is reachable by foot. Yet the building is in a quiet courtyard away from the hussle. The host Patrizio was very helpful.

Excellent behavior of the host, very friendly and warm. Nice and comfortable room, with many gifts inside. Place close to city center. I would totally recommend it.

The only thing we noticed was that the electric teapot was dirty but other than that everything was great

The drains smelt but I guess that’s the case with a lot of old buildings.

It was close to most things in Verona. The host Patrizio was very helpful with tips for restaurants, parking and a laundromat.

The furniture was a bit dusty and walls kinda thin, but the latter is pretty common in old buildings in Italy.

The location is what makes this property stand out in my opinion, 5mins walk to Arena. The room was nicely decorated, and the terrace was very cosy. Beddind and shower/wc area were really clean, but the furniture and bathroom radiator for example could use a little cleaning. The overall stay was pretty good and the check in/ check out were really easy, the landlord helped with everything!

Host was very good even gave us recommendations on what to do. Small courtyard with table and chairs and parasol to relax in. Just a few minutes walk from the arena.

The sewage smelled strange which was annoying, but probably there is nothing you can do about it.

Great location, close to parking and city center. Great balcony in a very quiet courtyard. Rooms are decorated with love.

We were welcomed by Patrizio, he showed us the room and provided us with all information. He was super nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were great and clean. Everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. The location was a step away from the very downtown in a quite area, perfect for us. Everything was accessible at a walking distance.

Great location, just outside the wall - 5 min to Piazza Bra, very central. Patrizio was very helpful, his instructions were clear and the property easy to find.

The walls are very thin, you can easily hear everything your neighbours are saying. We were fortunate that everyone was quiet and not up all hours when we were there, so it wasn't a big issue.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the arena which is perfect if you're attending the opera. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for the night. The shower was good. It was in quite a peaceful spot away from the roads. Communication with the host was easy.

The property is on the 1st floor of the local residentual building, the yard is a bit chaotic and not well maintained. House entrace is smelty on a basement. Owner could pay more attention to cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom. Some Moskitos were detected in the room.

The prperty is located close to the city center, 500m distance from Arena. The room with terrace was ok for a short stay. Owner served tea, coffee and cookies in the room.

Nothing really

I liked the room decoration, vicinity to the city centre, beautiful little balcony and very welcoming host Mr Patrizio. Patrizio contacted me the day before to confirm time of arrival, when we met at the property he kindly showed us around and explained everything what we needed. He recommended some places to eat and to visit considering our length of stay. His plan actually made sense and we covered the main sightseeing of Verona in 2 days. He was very polite and proactive in offering help and advice about the city. The room was nice, not so big but it was plenty of room for 2 people and I liked its design..There are some negative reviews about state of the rooms or mould, but our room was nice and clean and it was more than enough for a short stay. I liked the welcoming cakes and cartons of juice and water in the small fridge. The view from our cosy balcony was towards courtyard, but still it was nice and peaceful. I would definitely stay again in this property. Grazie Mr Patrizio!
