Basically everything was good.

Very nice place to stay with a family. Large clean pool, separate large childrens pool. Good pool chairs and sun umbrellas. Good food at the restaurant.

Breakfast must be for sure improved as there is not a fair ratio between cost vs quantity and variety . Not possible to have hot food ( egs , bacon etc) and very limited choice . That was disappointing and not aligned with the high quality fo the rest of the offer

Nothing - all was great!

We stayed for a week at La Sorgente. The place was very tranquil and the nearby town beautiful. The whole estate was spotless, the pool perfectly clean and quiet, the rooms had everything one would need, were likewise very clean and comfortable. The best thing, however, was the amazing staff. From the first moment, the owner/head chef, welcomed us and lerfinally ensured we were all happy. We had the most wonderful dinner experiences (also prepared by Chef) with the freshest, most delicious, tailored meals. The welcome was so warm and genuine we felt like more than just guests or tourists. From discussions about local culture and food, to an impromptu lesson in Italian cuisine, the owner went above and beyond to ensure the most magical holiday experience. Not to miss the remaining great staff, who were always helpful, friendly, and personable. For anyone considering visiting, please do, even if it is to try the delicious and authentic food in the restaurant. Amazing, local and handpicked ingredients, beautiful looking plates, delicious wine pairings and one of the most unique tasting desserts I’ve ever tried (with truffles). I cannot recommend this destination enough, it was truly memorable holiday (perfect for any kind and size of group). We are already looking forward to trying the next, new menu and intend to return many times in the future.

For me, the bathroom and kitchen need replacing asap, very tired and the shower tray was blocked/very slow to clear...an unpleasant experience...as was the toilet getting blocked occasionally. The security at the back is very concerning and should be taken more seriously by the owners. The apartment next to us was robbed (a man had his watch stolen) and I know there was someone in our apartment as the back door was open when we returned from the pool... definitely locked when we left....nothing was taken, fortunately. There was a small (24-inch?) TV in a bedroom but not one in the main living area - kids will be disappointed. Some sunloungers were better than others with most needing the sun visor cover tightened...not a big job and easily fixed. It is great to have an iron but having a board to iron on would have been better. May be best to check the lightning prior to a guest's arrival as only one of three bulbs was working.

The homemade food was delicious and certainly a place to visit if you are ever in the area....both Laura and Michele pride themselves in their menu selection. The apartment was as close as you would want...very convenient. I enjoyed the air conditioning, the friendliness of the staff (we were given a complimentary bottle of wine on our arrival) and the apartment was as clean as it could be when we arrived. Free WiFi although very limited...3 to 4 Mbps on average which may cause you issues. Extremely clean pools - two pools - one for kids.

Couldn't use pool for most of the time as it was green! Real shame as it was a fantastic, deep pool. Had a tennis court but only one racket and wasn't set up Wasn't enough bedding/ bed covers for all the beds Big room but only one old sofa for 4 people We were there for a full week and unfortunately the place wasn't serviced the whole time we were there. Staff were very friendly, but unfortunately they weren't around for the last 3 days Everything was just a bit dated to be honest, and it lacked comfort.
