There was only one thing: when they clean the room, they moved my staff. I was very confused and wasn’t able to find some of my belongings, but I found them in another place. I understand, they did this to clean better, but I didn’t think it’s appropriate. Also I would appreciate the sign don’t disturb.

The locations amazing! Room was nice and cozy, very clean also with the great view! Breakfast was very tasty! The staff was nice and friendly.

Please provide kettle in the room for hot water, we had to ask it at the reception. The Walls were thin, some soundproofing will help in better sleep.

Comfortable bed with firm mattress for back support. We had a good night sleep as there were blinds for blocking sunlight. The noise from the road was not too much, although the room walls were thin and we could hear sound from nearby rooms. This hotel is at a perfect location, 10 mins walk to central station to take Bernina express train and close to city center with all the restaurants. The train actually passes outside the hotel. There is free car parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast was average.

We loved this charming hotel. We plan to come back and take more time to explore the area. The staff where very friendly and the hotel was clean. We left early on the Bernina Express and they packed us a cute breakfast to go. Top notch service!! One of our favorite stays on our trip through Europe.

The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected.

Clean and spacious room. The location was very convenient. It had plenty of free parking space, and Tirano 's train station was about a 10-minute walk away. Our room (No 3) had a great view of the Bell Tower, and the balcony was perfect. The breakfast had a variety of local products, many of which seemed hand-made. All the people of the hotel were very helpful.

It is a lovely hotel, well run, with a very good breakfast spread provided. The views in Tirano make it a very special place to stay and presence of a family running the hotel and providing breakfast adds heart.

It did not have elevator, but hotel staff was willing to help with luggage. Located right by large cathedral and there was an ancient church on hill above that hotel staff offered to show us the path.

Everything was clean, easy to reach, breakfast to go as we left early, person in the desk was super helpful and called a taxi for us for the next day, I really liked this place. They told us we could leave the bags to go take the train and pick it up before 6pm but they also advice use station has a locker for 8€ the day so it was easier. Thanks for everything

Nice and clean, the staff is very welcoming. It’s 15-20 min by walk to the train station where you can take the Bernina Express or the train to other italian cities.It was really great to see breakfast included and they had multiple options, wether you like sweet or salted breakfast. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stop for a couple of days for city exploration or for the trip to Switzerland.
