We were traveling through Apulia so we stayed just one night in this room. The room was nice and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good compared to other accommodations we stayed at on our trip. Walking distance to the center of the city and attractions.

The host/owner did not respond to us via booking and the phone number we were given belonged to an employee who worked there and therefore couldn't make any decisions without asking the owner. We asked if it was possible to take a shower before leaving for the airport, although we had already been checked out, the employee said no, and the owner responded only after we arrived at the airport, which was after 9 hours, telling us otherwise. The bed was uncomfortable as it was made of 2 separate mattresses and whenever you moved towards the centre of it you would get stuck in that hole in the middle, really bummer. The room was located within a small apartment, not really a B&B, the hallway, which was the common area, was really small and the breakfast was served on a table right in front of the room that we were staying in, the same thing for rest of the customers, you could stretch your arm and reach the other person's plate. Not comfortable for any of us. Another couple that booked the location woke up early in the morning and we could hear every word while they were having breakfast, and they were not even speaking loud, they tried to be as quiet as possible, that s how close they were to our room door.

The location was good and very close to the old city centre, a short walkable distance. The neighbourhood was quiet and looked good. The owner was kind enough to tell us where to park our car and leave it overnight at a very good rate compared to the other places. Breakfast was ok, bread, salami, and cheese. The usual coffee, tea, and sweets.

Everything was fine. The room is big and clean. The area is silent with many parking places around. The property is in walking distance to the beach, city center and restaurants.

It is a strange set up. It's one big apartment split into rooms with a communal kitchen area where breakfast is set up. It is not a B&B in the traditional form. I found it quite difficult to organise when I could drop my bags off for check in. There is no self check in or anyone there throughout the day.

Good location, quiet away from the buzz of the main road. Room had everything you needed for a 1 night stay.

When you have one of the rooms direct to te floor there is someone who is using the tv 24 houers You will not sleep well the tv of the neighbour is very very loud !!

Lovely unit in a great location, walking distance to the old city. Room was a good size, but we had to wait an hour it to be cleaned, as the previous occupiers did not leave on time. The so-called breakfast is ordinary and the coffee awful. They could do a lot better in that department. We elected to have breakfast in nearby cafes.

The accommodation is easily accessible from the station, it is in a quiet street next to the city center, a 1-minute walk from the beach, and a 3-minute walk to the city center. Our room was quiet despite the big nightlife, it looked out onto a courtyard and had a balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The fellow guest from other rooms kept eating food meant for our next breakfast. I hope they were merely mistaken in terms of whose table is whose. Rooms are not soundproof - it depends on luck whether your fellow guests will be nice and not loud!

The sink in the bathroom was clogged. You couldn't leave the water open for more than one minute without the sink being full. The breakfast was almost non-existent. Breakfast was the biggest minus of this location.

The room was spatious and very pleasant from temperature point of view. Also, there was an air condition system which I didn't expect to be. The placement of the accomodation is a very big plus since it's right near the sea and very close to the restaurants and shops. Also the guest was very nice to let us leave our luggases there in the last day because we had a pretty late flight!

The breakfast wasn't satisfying, there was always one option (mostly some sweet cakes, we didn't have hams or sandwiches every day), so if you didn't like that particular food, you only had yoghurt.

Need to put plain bedding, crockery and towels (white or cream ). would make it look a lot more expensive as nicely decorated. Need to change shower soap tray as rusty.

All seemed good to me, nothing to particularly dislike.

Staff were helpful and let us store luggage in a spare room for a late checkout. Room was close to sea front and town centre. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Firstly, the check-in process was not welcoming, and I felt that the reception was quite unprofessional. In addition, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly, which caused inconvenience throughout my stay. Secondly, there was no proper blanket provided on the bed—only a very light cover, which was insufficient for a comfortable night’s sleep. Furthermore, I was informed that check-in would be at 7:00 PM and check-out had to be no later than 10:00 AM, which I found to be very restrictive and not in line with the flexibility usually expected from a B&B. Regarding the payment, I had already anticipated and paid the city tax as indicated on the Booking.com website. However, I was asked to pay an additional charge described as “MB,” which was neither listed on the platform nor properly explained. When I asked about it, I was told this tax only applies in Bari or in Southern Italy, and that it is not common elsewhere in the world. This explanation was unclear and unconvincing. Although the amount was small (2 euros), I strongly believe all fees must be transparently communicated beforehand.

Everything was great, location, contact with the host, cleanliness of the apartment. Perfect place for a city break or longer stay. It’s located approximately 15 minutes from the Bari Centrale and Old Town.

An old building, very small room with tiles on the floor and very cold! Although they had central heating, it did not work! After a discussion with the owner the next evening, I had the heat in the room at 2o degrees, the last evening, and I haven't had it again! No balcony!
