The location is quite remote, so it takes a lot of driving on not-so-great roads to get to either side of the island. The bed was unfortunately very worn and sagging, which made it less comfortable. Walking to the restaurant also felt inconvenient, as you need to go along a busy road, and even in the room you could hear some traffic. Breakfast could definitely be improved. The food itself was good (the pancakes were amazing!), but items ran out quickly and were not refilled. During our six days, I only managed to get pancakes twice, and the same happened with bread, cold cuts, cheese, and juice. I

We had a wonderful stay at B&B La Roccia. The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic stay and hospitality from the hosts! Location was just perfect : 40-60 mins driving to different destinations and beaches, no point to stay at the coast, as we tried so many different bays and beaches. Very strategic position, at the same time close to Castelsardo, with shops, bars and restaurants within a 10-15 mins drive. Breakfast was very nice, in a friendly atmosphere and with fresh fruits and drinks. Room is very tidy, perfectly equipped and quiet. There is a little common garden, which is joyful to spend time in the evening over a glass of wine. We recommend this location (especially facing the fields) for families with kids. No noise from the road and a very relaxed atmosphere. Would love to return to La Roccia again!

Location - Next to the main road. As you can imagine, you can hear the cars / busses and more driving by but only with the opened window. Room - Uncomfortable bed and some lights in the room can’t be turned off. They can be quite disturbing to fall asleep.

We knew that the restaurant was not open but we were the only people in the room block. The owner met us, gave us the key, showed us around and left. The website said there were reception facilities. This was not correct . The bar and restaurant next door were completely closed and we felt a bit stranded. While the room itself was fine, it is misleading not to make it clear that everything was closed for the season. If it had been made clear that nothing was open we would not have booked this place. It was not good value for money. It would be better in season we suspect but not at all what we wanted and therefore the description of the property and facilities was misleading.

The room was very clean and organized, the shower had great pressure, the air-conditioning worked very well, however the bed was quite hard. Breakfast was simple but very delicious, the frutes were incredibly teasty. The staff were friendly, polite and always smiling, It was quite obvious that English was not their strong suit, with that being said, we could still understand and communicate any problems that arose.

La Roccia is located about 3-4 km outside go Castelsardo - really comfortable has popular local restaurant just next door. Good base for exploring the region and I think preferable to staying in Castelsardo. Restaurant attached was always full and food although limited didn't disappoint. Breakfast was typically Italian - sweet and more sweet.

The location is out on a limb not in a town/village. That worked well for us, but might not suit everyone. The bed we had was a memory foam type which we found good, but not the most comfortable.

Excellent place to stay, the rooms are comfortable and furnished to a high quality. The location is good if you want to visit different beaches around the area. The staff were all brilliant and gave a very warm welcome. Also really nice bathroom/shower and good AC. Breakfast is good and in a nice room.

I wish I’d booked a room facing the back of the inn, as opposed to facing the road. it’s not a terribly busy road but it would’ve been more scenic.

Unfortunately most bedrooms, including ours was really next to the road making every car passing by a bother, considering it's a relatively main road and had cars rushing by from 6am till early morning. I don't think this was well explained on the location description that this is the case. The mattress was also made out of what seems to be memory foam, which for personal preference I don't find comfortable since they mould to a shape and make it uncomfortable to move around in during the night.

The staff at La Roccia were just lovely. The room and decoration were modern with a nice restaurant space to enjoy a good breakfast at and dinner too.
