The air conditioning unit in the room did not work very well.

Nice location. Across the street from a public beach and good restaurant. Full breakfast in a nice dining area included with the room. Hotel staff arranged a shuttle to the airport - good price. Staff person in the afternoon, Fabio, was very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to assist me which made the stay very enjoyable.

Nothing really. Breakfast could have been better, but for the price, it was fine.

Location was good, with easy street parking. Il Delfono, across the road does an excellent spaghetti ai vongole, even for late arrivals. Ideal for an overnight after late arrival into Fiumicino.

The floors had accumulated dirt that clearly required a deep and thorough cleaning. Additionally, the air conditioners were noisy, and the overall infrastructure felt outdated and in need of renovation. These issues significantly impacted the experience.

The staff was exceptional—friendly and eager to please. While the initial rooms had noticeable deficiencies, the management promptly upgraded us to the best available option. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction made a positive impression.

The hot tub was too dirty to use even after someone spent the morning trying to solve the problem. The floors were quite dirty and the air conditioning didn’t work on the final night.

The hotel was close to the beach and the staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfy and the room a good size.

The hotel consists of several buildings next to each other. The location is very close to the beach and has lot of open parking. The city center (Ostia) is in a walking distance. Additionally, there is private parking for hotel guests with restricted access. The breakfast served at the main building and provides all you need.

Everyday cleaning of the streets and the beach would be useful. Some repairs in the hotel are needed (window couldn´t be closed).

The place could have been great 30 years ago, now the whole area hotel including should be reconstructed. The hotel is very close to beach and to train stop. It takes only 30 minutes to get to the Rome.

We don t have any objections. Maybe at the baginning we have problem to find the place.

We were satisfied with breakfast, it was good. Beach was fine, during weekend a little bit overcrowded. Accommodation also fine, maybe the cleaning lady could clean also the balcony which was full of sand.

Our room was in the atick. It was sold to us as a room with sea sea view. (The views however were totally obstructed by tall wall/ a buit up balcony). The bathroom was unkept: grimy shower cubicle. The problem was left unresolved even was reported straight away to receptionist (pictures provided). The soap dispenser was falling off the wall. The shower door was also falling off the rails, letting through water everywhere. The entire block was dated, tired looking and needed a thorough maintenance. The electric gates did not always work. Coffee supply in the room we're not replenished daily despite our repeat request ( max 1-2 sachet left for 2 people. Central heating left on at night, despite the warm weather.

The property is by the sea and within walking distance train station, easy to commute to Rome.

The place needed updating, painting and fix the old Tub/spa ( chipped and VERY old). The other room was old and dark with only 2 chairs in there and the air conditioner leaked water on the floor

We were put in the old part of the hotel and it was a bit dated. The advert for the hotel shows the newer updated accommodation. Room was small bathroom initially looked dirty but turned out to be the colour scheme. Foyer had a strong smell of drains.

The hotel was in a good location close to the beach and close to a train station. Cost was value for what we got. Breakfast was adequate for me but my partner was left with a choice of cheese.
