There wasn't enough seating in the living area for everyone to sit down comfortably- they could do with a second sofa! Air con failed if you used the microwave (we were warned though and told how to fix it). Minor issues really.

It was a little unclear on booking the apartment what exactly you were getting as there were multiple pictures of various apartments. we may have chosen a different apartment if we could see which one we were actually booking. (We would have paid extra to have had a more comfortable seating area / a terrace)

In the heart of the city yet quiet and tranquil. If it's the vibrancy of the Centro Storico you are after this is a perfect location, also with easy access to the metro.

As long as soap and shower products are facilitated, I don't see why they can't fill up basics from earlier stays. For shorter stays, buying dish soap, washing powder, salt, and pepper (all basics) can become wasteful. Everyone has to buy these things, but leftovers are cleaned out every time a new guest comes

Location is great, close to all points of interest in the historical town, yet silent enough to be able to get some good sleep. Check-in/out was simple and pleasant, the apartment is nicely furnished and the host is very friendly

The absence of basic essentials like dishwashing liquid, a sponge, extra toilet paper, and kitchen basics like tea, coffee, and detergent, which meant we had to purchase these items ourselves during our stay.

Our stay at the apartment was excellent; the host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with plenty of valuable information, the location was perfect with easy access to the Metro and vibrant markets, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with a quiet and effective air conditioning system; the host even organized our taxi to the train station, making our trip even more convenient.

We could hear lots of noise from the room next door. The apartment lacked facilities - nothing to wash up with and we needed to supply washing liquid/ dishwashing cleaner & bags for recycling (we just left our recycling seperated into piles, which seemed to be ok).

Gino was great to deal with, very thorough & friendly. The apartment was huge! It was very comfortable. The black out rooms were great for the kids & us. Very close to the main street, but we didn't hear any street noise. Everything was walkable and we felt safe.

Not having basic items such as tea, coffee, milk and detergent. When you travel from afar it is not practical to bring these items with you. This is the first property that we have encountered that did not provide these basic amenities.

I can't understand why such a nice place doesn't have dishwashing liquid, a sponge, more toilet paper, extra dishwasher tablets, salt/pepper, tea, etc. After all, it doesn't cost much, and after checking in, no one wants to run to the store and buy such basic things. But despite that, the apartment is great!

Could have been more kitchen utensils -- a sharp knife for cutting fruit, vegetables etc (there was a bread knife), a cutting board (for bread, fruit, vegetables etc), and wine and/or prosecco glasses (there were none of either, only tumblers) , plus mugs for coffee/tea -- generally preferred by northern Europeans to the small cups and saucers provided.

Ideally located in the Historic Centre, within easy, or relatively easy, walking distance of the main sites. There is a small supermarket with all one needs for a short stay just five minutes down the street. We had two large bedrooms, one with two fold-up beds which were fine for our two grand-daughters (11 and 13) who were with us. The host (owner) Gino was very informative and friendly, and rose early on our final day to order a taxi and ensure we were off in time to catch our plane.

We thought it was a bit disappointing that basics like a bit of washing up liquid, a sponge, more than one tablet for the dishwasher, a bit of coffee wasn't provided, and not that much toilet paper. We had 2 flats as we were 9 people and some of us found the street noisy, others had quiet rooms.

La Residenza is in a good location, 20 min walk from Naples Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi), surrounded by the narrow streets of Naples and various sites (Duomo, Chiostro Santa Chiara, Museo Archeologico Nacionale, Via Tribunali). It is very spacious and clean. The hose (Gino) came to take our luggage before the official check in and kept it after check out. He gave us tips as to where to have breakfast and where to buy food (small supermarket 5 mins away). We took a long time to provide everyone's passport details and he patiently waited for that. He was very friendly, spoke very good English and communication was easy. When we were cold, we were given more blankets. Wifi worked well. There were good kitchen facilities. There was some soap (pieces and in little bottles) in the bathroom.
