We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Room (for 1 person in my case) with all the necessary for my stay (2 nights). Good temperature in the room. Reception closing at 00.00, but possible to request keys if it would be necessary to enter after that time (not needed in my case). Breakfast available, even though I haven’t used as I had already plans. Perfect balance cost/quality. I would definitely come back.

There is also not much to do around, walking distance. Just a couple of eateries. It's the kind of place you would only go to sleep before a flight from Orio

United KingdomCheck in closes at 22.00 and for some reason it’s not possible to check in after that, even although the hotel reception is open until midnight ! This was an adrenaline rush for us as we landed at Bergamo airport at 20.20 , had to queue at car rental desk for a while and then find the car and direction to the hotel . We got to the hotel at 21.50 !
It was veru handy for stopping en route to our final destination. There is a fantastic sushi restaurant nect door to the hotel that was open until late . The guy at the reception didn’t speak any English but he was very friendly and managed to explain rules etc.

VERY nice and helpful administration! Clean room, enough fresh and extremely white towels for two people. Everything you need for shower, including hats. Warm and comfortable room. Very good coffee for breakfast. Also it was Easter, so we got blessed colored eggs, it was very nice!
