We loved everything about the property- from the rustic style room, to the location and the pool. It was the perfect place for our time in Tuscany, away from the crowds of the main cities while traveling throughout Italy. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t fault the hosts, they were very friendly and check in was a breeze. They made us feel right at home, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, and shared their homegrown plums with us, which were absolutely delicious. This place is highly recommended. We had such an amazing time, and will definitely be back the next time we are in Italy.

Staying at this beautiful rustic retreat in Tuscany was an absolute dream come true. Everything was just as I had imagined – and somehow even more stunning in person. The setting was peaceful, with rolling hills, charming stone buildings, and breathtaking views that looked like they were straight out of a postcard. The accommodation had that perfect blend of authenticity and comfort. From the warm, cozy interiors to the quiet mornings spent sipping coffee with a view, every moment felt special and relaxed. The owners were incredibly welcoming and kind. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, communication was easy and smooth thanks to Google Translate. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this place to anyone looking for a true Tuscan experience. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to and I hope to someday.

Tiziana is so sweet, she greeted us warmly and gave us infos about many beautiful places in the surrounding area of Val d'Orcia. The location is in the middle of the countryside, you have Bagno Vignoni right next to it, the old walled village San Quirico to the northwest about 15min driving, Cipressi about 20min, the town Pienza to the northeast, thermal baths of Bagno San Filipo to the south about 15min, etc. There is also a nice pool and a lawn in the backyard with a beautiful sunrise view and dark enough in the night so that we could stare at stars. And don't forget to taste the best picci at the restaurant Vecchia Stazione 3 steps next door.

We were excited with our appartman The Stable! It was very comfortable for us and our dog - dwarf poodle apricot. All you need was there! The location was the best you are looking for your stay in the heart of Tuscanu in Val d'Orcia! And the view on Poggio Covili on East side and Bagno Vignoni on the West - georgeous bonus! Tiziana and her husband were so helpful and are beautiful personality. There was full moon during our stay there so we named our 6 days holiday there as Honey Moon. Excited!

Our stay at La Poderina was truly unforgettable. We were welcomed with warmth and kindness by our hostess, Tiziana. The countryside surrounding La Poderina is absolutely stunning. We spent our days exploring the nearby attractions, including charming villages and breathtaking landscapes. The area is rich in beauty and history, perfect for anyone seeking to experience the best of rural Italy. What truly made our stay exceptional was Tiziana’s exceptional hospitality. Our daughter has a severe food allergy, and Tiziana went above and beyond to ensure we had access to safe dining options. She researched and found restaurants and food tours that could accommodate our needs, making sure our daughter had a worry-free experience. Her thoughtfulness made all the difference. La Poderina made for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway.

I loved everything

A beautiful farmhouse style house in the middle of Val d'Orcia! What else do you need? The house has all the amenities one needs and there is also a laundry room. The pool and gardens are to die for, for the ultimate relaxation. But most of all the kindness and generosity of Tiziana, the host ,was the highlight of my trip. Thank you dear Tiziana for the precious memories and lovely conversations 🙏

Everything was beautiful. Although we missed the check-in time, the polite lady who owns the hotel arranged everything for us. The location and facilities of the hotel were great. In addition, being an animal-friendly hotel was one of the reasons for our preference.

The location was perfect. Views were beautiful. Teetsziana was an excellent host. We ate at the restaurant on site and they made us feel like we were the only ones there.

The apartment is clean, tidy. Amenities and kitchen tools are well equipped for cooking. View is perfect to see the sunrise. The slippers are not provided, so you should carry your own for convenience. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful.

It was a very nice stay here. The host was very nice, kind and very responsive. The house is very nice, it is an experience to stay in a place like this. I really recommend to stay in a traditional place, like this. You have the old Tuscany and the comfort of nowadays.

La Poderina's location is excellent and allows exploration of all of southern Tuscany. Our apartment included everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including a fully furnished kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The absolute highlight for us was the swimming pool, which—just like the entire property—offers fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. A big plus was also the washing machine available for all guests to use. The hosts were extraordinarily friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They also provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants in the nearby villages. We will definitely stay at La Poderina again when visiting Tuscany!

A beautiful property in an idyllic setting. The location is great for exploring the area with lovely villages within close driving range. The accommodation is rustic but very comfortable with great air conditioning and a lovely swimming pool. The host is welcoming and happy to help in any way. We loved our stay at La Poderina.

We loved this place. The hosts were so nice, and the location was its own little oasis. The view was gorgeous, and the swimming pool was refreshing and the air conditioning a blessing. Beds were comfortable, and we loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The grounds were lovely, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

The host, Tiziana, was amazing and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It might have been our favorite place to stay. It is about a 2 km walk to bagno vignoni. You must stop on the way and get in the pools. We only stayed two nights here but three would be ideal to enjoy the countryside location. Highly recommended.

We liked it all.

Great location, close to all the attractions of the Orcia valley, we needed a place for a large family group attending a wedding and it fulfilled all our requirements. Perhaps not for those who don't enjoy a bit of rustic living; however, the accommodation was perfect for us - large rooms, all with shower/ bathrooms, good kitchen facilities and outside some great views, plenty parking and a nice swimming pool. The owner was also lovely and always available for any issue we might have had.
