Great pool and private rocky beach ( bring rock / beach shoes) Pretty hotel but dated. Good location - just up the road from the port, easy to walk to. Nice breakfast Hotel provides buggies from port to hotel

Chinathe best of this hotel is its pool, it is beautifully located on the cliff and with white beach chairs, I could just stay here for one day. The hotel provide free pick up and send service to the pier.

AustraliaHardly 4 stars… public areas freshly painted but needs a lot of work - pergola above our room veranda almost falling down shower leaked across bathroom floor, breakfast staff bit clueless (early in season so fair enough - training still happening), pool only had one functioning umbrella (other had broken). All in all, an overpriced very average stay. Panarea still beautiful though - a charming more rustic smaller version of Capri.

United KingdomBreakfast was not well managed, not enough tables/seats to accommodate guests at busy times, food was not restocked timely and most of the time they only had one staff on the floor which meant long waits for coffee/anything needed from the bar. Our room was located close to the laundry room or perhaps kitchen as it was noisy from 8am, unfortunately the other noise issue came from dogs barking from the early hours in the morning... considering it's a 4 star hotel rooms should be better insulated to guarantee quiet for the guests. Lastly, although the pool is absolutely fantastic we had two issues with it. Firstly the beds are difficult to operate or faulty so in one occasion we had to chase a member of staff 3 times before we got assistance. Secondly and more importantly some guests were served large amounts of alcohol whilst in the pool, which led them to be extremely raucous, making it impossible for the other guests to relax.
Location was perfect and great complimentary pick up from the harbour. Helpful reception staff. Great facilities (eg pool, spa, laundry service) and breathtaking views over Stromboli and the other islands. We were on honeymoon and therefore asked for a bottle of bubbles on arrival, which was also offered by the hotel... ver pleasant surprise!

We absolutely loved our stay at La Piazza. The photos simply don’t do it justice, it exceeded all our expectations. It really is a hidden gem. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally comfortable, and the on-site restaurant, overlooking the sea, was the perfect setting for breakfast or a relaxing drink. The swimming pool was fantastic, and it added so much to our overall experience at La Piazza. The staff were wonderful: warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for more. Panarea itself is a breathtaking destination. Like La Piazza, it far surpassed my expectations, with its beautiful architecture, little streets, charming shops and restaurants, all immaculately maintained.

AustraliaThe bed was hard… the first room aircon didn’t work so we had to change rooms. The place is not Luxury & is quite rundown. The wicker chairs will give you splinters. The breakfast was ok .. nothing special … It is VERY expensive for the style .. the doors are all painted closed .. lots of old style fixtures & fittings…they need more & newer & better umbrellas at the pool.
The staff are fantastic… The pool and the location are amazing. Panarea is truly spectacular… The gardens are beautiful….

the location is magnificent and right near the main port. the views from our room were spectacular. relaxing on our balcony was a highlight everyday. the staff was all very friendly and helpful. They attended to any and all requests. they even had a laundry service.
