Far from lake, noisy street, simple breakfast

The bathroom in my single-bed room, was too small and the shower was in the open - so by taking a shower the whole bathroom would get wet. There were other guests who did not respect the silence hours, but of course that is not depending on the hotel.

Breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was very kind. The location of the hotel is good. Good view of the lake.

Breakfast was just okay. Not a lot of options available and they offer literally the same options everyday, which is not necessarily a problem but by the third day we didn’t feel like eating the same thing again.

The rooms are simple but good enough for the price. The common areas of the hotel are also quite simple but nothing to complain about. The pool has a good size and gets a lot of sun all day long. The location is good but there is not much around the hotel at walking distance. With a car, you have easy access to lots of things.

Polite and helpful staaf.. Clean and nice rooms. Close to small centre with lots of good restaurants to choose from at a walking distance. Even a consert in the city park one night. Nice swimming pool. Close to a nice beach at the port which was not crowded at all.

Nothing really. I would have liked it it would have been possible to get lunch or dinner at the hotel. Other than that hotel was perfect.

Ideal location in Moniga del Garda. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Simply amazing pool, one of the nicest and cleanest I have ever seen. Breakfast was of a very high standard and served by staff with a friendly smile every morning. Rooms spacious for 4 of us. Cleaned regularly with great views of Moniga Port. Just can't thank the staff enough. Can't explain how good they were their advise and help throughout our stay was simply brilliant.

it was little bit difficult with the key. If you go out, you can't charge the mobile, for example. Maybe it's possible to split that weight and keys, but we didn't know if we authorized, so we didn't :D

We stayed only one night, but everything was just great. Room was clean. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast very tasty. Low price. ..and of course beautiful destination.

The shower is in the same space as the toilet seat so when you take a shower you end up wetting the entire bathroom

Room was very small and uncomfortable beds. Bathroom was very outdated with paint peeling and seemed unhygenic. Very little hot water. Close to town of moniga but not much in it and far away from tourist towns. Very small balcony could not sit outside. No restaurant as described.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. The receptionist didn't know anything about our booking.com reservation and made us wait in the lobby for an hour and 20 mins before the manager arrived to check us in. He then informed us that our confirmed booking for 3 single beds wasn't available and got booking.com to send an email update with terms and conditions after we had already checked in. The manager was rude in ALL interactions and very unhelpful throughout. Mickey mouse operation avoid

The air conditioner was not working properly. Messages to the receptionist through booking and he came and did some stuff to the conditioner but it was still not working properly.
