Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

only sad point for me was the noise among the rooms and of the church bell (in front of the room), that made my sleep very unconformable (I've quite a weak sleep).
kind staff, clean and very good value for money considering the area. breakfast was very good and I appreciated the home made cakes.

Noise isolation wasn't that good. I could clearly hear people in nearby room if they were loud. For the price range it's acceptable and I didn't expect it to be good in the first place, but having a very good impression of the place to encounter poor noise cancellation on 2nd day still gave me a slight disappointment
Room was clean, breakfast was good with big variety. Stuff was courteous, friendly

5mins walk to the gondola, great ski room with heated boot holders. Room clean, huge heater for stuff to dry. Very comfortable stay!

It would be nice to have more family suited rooms (where two adults and two kids would fit it one room/suite). But we booked quite late, so we guess it's just better to book early if you're taking a trip with your whole bundle ;)
It's a cosy family run hotel in a great place in Pinzolo. We were going skiing to Madonna and stayed there for the rest of the skiing trip, but if we decide to ski in Pinzolo - we would love to stay in La Palu.

A bit noisy from church bells and a main street.
A perfect hotel in very center of Pinzollo, good breakfast. My plans were changed in the middle of 2nd already booked day, I had to leave at mid-day, owner allowed me to check out without any cancellation fee.

I was happy with everything. I could only suggest to move a tv set from the table to the wall.
Cosy single room , nice sunny balcony with beautiful view, good facilities and friendly hosts. Ski room downstairs, hotel close to cable car. Ideal place for skiing holidays.

Nice hotel managed by a flawless Staff, very kind and available. It a great place where to stay if you want to go skiing in the area. Great also the restaurant. Strongly suggested.

All was perfect! Room had a small balcony, very clean and well furnished. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice. All the team was helpfull and friendly. And have a dîner at their place Restaurant La Briciola. Great food🥳 !

what a brilliant little place - guy in restaurant adjacent to the hotel kindly let us put our motorbike in there underground garage - nothing whatsoever to not like - owner and I think his dad ? could not have been friendlier and nothing was any trouble , you could smell his home baked cakes wafting up - spotless clean and breakfast usual continental fayre . a real find of a small family hotel - we asked for use of an iron and when we checked into our really nice and comfortable room there it was in middle of room - his wife’s proper iron board and iron 😀😀👍👍👍 . easy walk into centre of pinzolo which is really nice , nice places to eat / drink / relax . brilliant little family hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. cannot recommend this hotel highly enough really and I’m sure the owner will like when I say la palu is PERFETTO - Alan and Jane from Scotland 🏴
