We enjoyed a delicious and comfortable breakfast by simply cooking with ingredients provided by our accommodation. All the equipment is in place. No supplies. Good breakfast :) Host Stefano and his daughter, Elonora, are truly kind and sweet people. They taught tourists the details of convenient routes and parking every day, and they were quick to resolve any questions they had. The air conditioning in the room worked fine, allowing us to have a pleasant rest in the hot weather. It's a 10-minute walk to La Spezia Central Station, and it's a lively street both in the morning and in the evening, so there's nothing to worry about.

The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Perfect and spacious! The windows close well, it is silent at night. AC works well, the house and the staircase is also clean, shopping street is a few steps. For parking the best to install easy park app. The hosts are super kind! Easy communication and very flexible.

Absolutely everything was excellent. No faults at all. The generous food and drinks was especially welcome and a lovely surprise. This is the best Apt we've ever stayed in, having stayed in lots over the years. Eleneora even drove us to/from station. Wow, just did so much for us.

I adored the apartment! It is so chic and cozy. Stefano waited for us and offered us everything we needed, including coffee and everything we needed for breakfast: milk, sweets, cheese, cold cuts, bread, bottled water ... everything. It is a blessing when you arrive late, after a long flight and you got everything you need, and do not have to go shopping. It is definitely the most considerate accommodation I have booked. Also, it is very close to the center, to shops and restaurants and to a public parking. Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

Loved location, facilities/amenities. Stefano was the best host, spending a lot of time to explain everything in the apt as well as showing us places on a map. Bus, train, ferry all easy to walk to. Town with lots of excellent restaurants, shopping. It could not have been better. Thank you so much Stefano!! The whole apt was immaculate!!

Bathroom was a tight fit by American standards but it had everything we needed and wasn't a problem.

Location. Very convenient to public transportation. Food was provided, not only snacks but also breakfast food. It was unexpected and much appreciated. Stefano was extremely helpful, particularly with parking. He went above and beyond in explaining the apartment and the surrounding area.

A lovely place, close to perfection. The apartment is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The breakfast items surprised us with their quantity and quality. Easy access to the points of interest in La Spezia and the train station, from where you can go to the beautiful Cinque Terre. Stefano, the host, is a wonderful person and seems to truly love what he does. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We really appreciated the soft drinks and the fruit juices in the fridge, especially when we came home in the evening after hot days of visiting around. Easy to take the train or ferry, at 10 - 15 minutes’ walk away from the apartment. We received from Stefano good advice and useful information for visiting around, we especially enjoyed Cinque Terre and Portofino. Stefano is the perfect host, I cannot thank him enough for his help, time and availability during all our stay.

Excellent apartment, highest recommendation. Stefan was friendly, responsive, accommodating, and full of local knowledge. The apartment is large and comfortable, with lots of lighting. It was stocked with breakfast and snack items to eat. We were able to cook breakfast each day, and even packed a lunch for one day of hiking from the food provided. The location is decent, about a 15 minute walk from the train or ferry stops. Local restaurants nearby are pretty good and affordable.

Wonderful location! Amazing size and loved all the amenities. Stefano and Valeria thought of everything we would possibly need and more. We enjoyed the breakfast and also that we could do some laundry:) the wine was a delicious added touch!! Stefano was a great help when finding the best of La Spezia, Cinque Terre and even offered restaurant recommendations for our next stop, Florence!

Mr. Stefano is a very nice, kind and friendly person. He explained everything in details for us and gave us tons of information about the tourist points, public transportation, restaurants,... Nothing not to like, everything was exceptional.

What a fabulous property! Great location, around a 8 minute walk to the station to get to Cinque Terre and the bus stop right outside the house to go to Porto Venere. What makes this house a 12/10 house is Stefano, the host. He is so very helpful, he gives you a complete tour of the house, lots of great tips on what to do in La Spezia and the surrounding areas, great recommendations for restaurants in the area. He even picked us up from the station, so wonderful! The house is like your own home. Large rooms, 2 bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The icing on the cake is all the goodies Stefano and Valeria stock the fridge and breakfast bar with - eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, juice, milk, cereal, croissants, cakes, wine, chips plus much more! Amazing hospitality. Plus there are personal touches like bedroom slippers, bathrobes, other personal care items for you to use. I can’t rave about this house enough, exceptional!

Some towels smelled like smoke, wish there was another bathroom, and the bathroom was a bit tight and small.

It was so well stocked with everything you could imagine. Host was extremely kind and helpful. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

We felt so welcomed to the apartment, Stefano and his wife prepared so many things for guests to use, they are the most generous hosts we’ve ever met! Items even including a body scale, batteries, candles, lots of drinks and snacks… Stefano also took time to gave us a house tour and showed us where to visit on a map. They set the bar very high for other hosts to reach! Definitely the best choice to stay when visiting Cinque Terre! Excellent location, bus stop to Portvenere is right at the front door, close to the mercato and Main Street, attractions…

Super clean and comfortable! Stefano was very thoughtful and left goodies, toiletries, and supplies in the apartment, which you don’t find too often in the short term rentals. He explained in detail all near and far restaurants, areas to visit, and sights. The location is perfect! A short walk to the train station.
