The hotel is very close to the Pantheon and within walking distance of all the main sights in Rome. The room was clean, and all the staff were very friendly. The most impressive point was that they made restaurant reservations on our behalf, which was extremely helpful since many restaurants do not accept email bookings. The room was spotless, and the high ceiling made our stay feel very relaxing. Overall, a very good place to choose. Breakfast is also very nice and reasonable.

I had an outstanding stay at Terrace Phatheon Relais! The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of many great attractions. Everything was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a room with a shower over the bath. Extremely slippery. Had to put a towel in the bottom of the bath to get traction & stay safe.

Walking distance to all of Romes history and great restaurants. 10 to 30 minute walk from everything, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, colosseum, and Vatican City.

All good but Aircon did stop working one night for a short period. Not a problem.

Double Room was clean and contemporary , modern design even as one of the lower priced ones. Nice shower bathroom. Good value for central tourist Rome in July. Roof top bar was a real bonus, with good friendly service great cocktails at sunset. Just right after a day walking around a hot Rome! Breakfast was very good with simple European and international selection.

The size of the room - don't think it was junior suit, with one king size and two sofas there was almost no space to walk in the room. My expectations were to see a suit but it was a regular room with kind of a balcony.

The location is great, in the middle of the center. Walk distance almost to every place of interest. Was very clean, the breakfast was very good. All staff members were very friendly and professional. The ceilings were very high - 6 meters at least don't know whether it's good or not.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the rooftop terrace was absolutely phenomenal. The staff were super friendly and welcoming – especially the young woman at reception who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, and the rooftop bartender who made excellent cocktails and rolled with all our weird requests. The design of the rooms and common areas is beautiful and stylish.

Overwhelming smell after arriving in room, it dissipated after many hours. Smelled like a nail salon/cleaning products.

Parking Should be sorted out for guests as it was very difficult to park or even find underground parking to receive the car as they required 1 day in advance for booking.

Unfortunately, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable for a side sleeper and already felt a bit worn out. But that‘s just a minor thing.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Rome. Very close to all the major sites and especially to the Pantheon. This was our 2nd time staying here. There was a rooftop bar as well with a great view. The room was very comfortable with a very sufficient air conditioner for those who will be traveling in the warmer months. The bed was very comfortable.
