It got a little warm in the main bedroom as no AC or fan and furnishings were simple.

The apartment has a great location - 5 minutes from the lift to the mountain, shops, restaurants and the beach. We really appreciated the indoors garage with a designated parking space. It is rather on the small side but we managed to fit alright even though we were 3 people. There is a lovely garden with tables and sunbeds. It is very quiet during the night and the shutters make it completely dark. Manuel was super nice and welcoming and gave us many useful recommendations for sights and restaurants.

The property was located on the most ideal place in Malcesine. Beach, old town, super market, cable car are all within 5 mins walking distance. It was impeccably clean and airy. It has an amazing view to the Garda lake and the Monte Baldo castle. To our surprise, we had access to a large and beautiful garden. We spent every evening there. It’s very quiet during the night despite its central location. It was very enjoyable!

Very nice stay. There was a beautiful view from the window, which made the place even better. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen was well equipped – we had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great on hot days. The bed was large and comfortable, although a bit worn. The host speaks good English, was always available and very helpful.

As a Canadian, I found the limit of 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people to be a bit restrictive for a 3 night stay. There is a bidet, but still.

The location is fantastic! Close to the castle, the shops, and the beach. The host, Manuel, greeted us and explained everything. Parking was ample, secure, and in a locked garage. We had use of a terrace, which was nice. We were told in advance to drive through the pedestrian zone, and there were no issues.

Not particularly “didn’t” like, it would have been good if the living area had more of a comfortable couch.

We actually liked everything, from the host greeting us and showing us the place, facilities and recommendations around, Manuel was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable of things to do around, very easy to communicate and was always available to our requests, not to mention the amazing location of the house, definitely staying here again when i am in Lake Garda, we took the garden house which was exceptionally good.

We were happy with everything.

The apartment host was excellent! When our original flight was cancelled and we ended up on a much later flight, we were able to sort out booking into the accommodation very easily. The host was always friendly and very helpful; couldn't have asked for more. Location was superb for both the lake and the town. We had a hire car and being able to park in the accommodation's garage was perfect. Had a wonderful holiday and would definitely go back.

The location was fantastic, waking up every morning looking at the beautiful lake surrounded by mountains. You couldn't get bored of it. Easy acces to the lake from accomodation. Everything you could possibly want was right on the doorstep. Manuel, the host was great. Very informative.

Perfect location, close to the centre of town and the lake, but still peaceful. Our hosts were friendly and responsive to any queries. Being able to hire paddle boards on site was an added bonus.

Internet was fast but reception was not good in the apartment

The apartment is right next to the old town. It is in the ZTL-zone but the owner will fix a permit for the stay. Good communication before we came. Nice lawn in front of the apartment. Would definitely stay there again

Localisation is top on top! and apartment is big for 4 person, super comfortable, you can hike, walk, swimm and do a lot of watersports. Everything is 100 m around. Full of restaurants and Supermarket 30 m.

We absolutley loved the location. Close to bus station, beautiful view of lake from the premises, and a very large and functional space. The hosts, Manuel and Linda are very friendly and seek to make your stay perfect. We loved the Malcesine area and when we come back we will stay with Manuel and Linda
