Great location, 10 minutes away from the city center! Lovely terrace! Delicious breakfast in the cafe where you can experience Sicilian style of enjoying every second of lazy morning full of good espresso and conversations with friends. The host was very kind and helpful! Noto is absolutely beautiful, easy to fall in love with!

Although the appartment was one room only with four beds, we appreciate balcony and cleanliness.

We were in the apartment with a family (4 people). It is a clean apartment about 5 minutes from the center by walking. Free parking in front of the building without any issues. Breakfast was perfect with a gluten free option. Communication with a host David was excellent and we got many tips what to do in Noto.

I was completely satisfied.

They allowed me to have a very nice breakfast. The room had everything I needed. I enjoyed my balcony to get some sun basking. Location to to town was excellent. Staff always asked if I needed anything else.

Very clean spacious apartment, with coffee machine and fridge in room, shower gel and shampoos also available with a very nice sized balcony, it's all you really need! Croissants were so fresh!

The room was clean and quiet at night. Davide was there to greet us and gave us tips on where to eat. He is very personable and kind. The bed was comfortable and there was even a little terrace to sit on. Just a ten minute walk takes you to the center of Noto. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Davide!

We would have liked a kettle to make tea (there are espresso coffee machines in each room) but we bought one in the local hardware store. I wrongly assumed breakfast might be an option, but again it was easy to find local shops/bakeries. And you may prefer to eat out. Davide invited us to his Cafe too.

The location is good as you can park right outside on the street and avoid driving in the historic centre, yet it is a short walk to the sights and shops - easy for us, perhaps tricky with young children as some roads don't have pavements. Davide (the manager) lives off site but is very helpful and responds quickly to messages, Google Translate gets around the language barrier. Nothing is too much trouble and he even printed off a boarding pass for one of us. Rooms are large with balconies. Bathrooms are large too.

Davide, the host, is very welcoming and friendly. He goes the extra mile to see that his guests are well taken care of. The place is centrally located and Noto centre can be easily reached by foot. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and breakfast is optimum. We really enjoyed our stay there.

There weren't enough power outlets in the room for phone chargers, and the bathroom had a very small shower cabin. Water would leak onto the bathroom floor, and there was no drain or mop to clean it up. The apartment is located near the city center, but the surrounding area is not pleasant for walking—there are many steep inclines, and in that part of town, we didn’t feel very safe walking around at night. Our biggest disappointment came when we found out that breakfast is not served at the apartment location, but rather 1 kilometer away from the property. We never met the owner in person—communication was only through WhatsApp. They agreed to deliver breakfast to our rooms, but it was clearly improvised. They told us that the breakfast will be the same every day: a French croissant and American coffee. Since we didn’t want a sweet breakfast, they brought us dry bread with a few slices of salami in one and bread with cheese in another, in a plastic bag hung on the door handle. Miserable. We refused that kind of breakfast and asked for a breakfast refund, but they wouldn’t agree. For two days, we received no breakfast or even coffee for our two rooms. We do not recommend this place for accommodation—keep in mind that these are just rooms, and they do not have the capacity to provide proper breakfast. Due to the fact that the owner contacted us from unknown numbers, posing as a Booking.com representative, the overall experience was even more frustrating.

We have booked 2 apartments for 4 nights with breakfast. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, big balcony, clean towels.
